I'm so glad to be out of there. Slow internet that makes u watch an advertising video before you can access the web. Front desk is not nice at all. No gym. No pool. Dirty floor. The only food place nearby is a McDonald's. I will keep this one short, I dont even want to relive my memories at this hotel. Stay away if you can. Rooms were not go my liking as the shower curtain had mold on bottom of it. Furniture looked very warn. Floor was sticky.

Sadly maintained by these owners and managers. I understand that standards of cleanliness are different based on cultures, yet it is not acceptable to run a hospitality business in America at this standard. We were told that the housekeeping staff is being replaced next week. Smh read more

DO NOT STAY HERE! This place is run down and the manager is VERY shady! We went to stay here but when we saw the room we immediately went back to the desk and expressed our concerns to the manager at which he told me I would have to get with Priceline for my refund since it was booked through them. When I called Priceline to get my refund they contacted the hotel manager to make sure he was going to refund their money to them so they could then refund to me. THE MANAGER LIED AND SAID WE STAYED THERE AND REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY! We had to pay for two hotel rooms that night because of this dishonest Manager! I have filed a complaint with Choice hotels, the BBB, and had to file a dispute with my Credit Craft company to get my money back. THIEVES! They are dishonest lying thieves! I will never stay at another Quality Inn or Choice hotel because of this man's actions! Horrible!!! Unfortunately we had to stop last night during an ice storm. The room smelled of Mixture of BO and burnt Ramon Noodles! The heater in the room did not work it was a high of maybe 55 degrees in the room, we slept in our clothes and hats. The TV was broke and they offered to take 5.00 off my 115.00 bill for the inconvenience I would of never paid that for this place but unfortunately I didn't have much of choice because everything was sold out near there and the highway was shut down. My son was stopped at this exit driving home from college due to a tornado on highway 55. The weather was not safe. He tried to enter your building for a safe place to rest and was considering renting a room for the night. The staff member said no room -no entry. He just wanted to get some information if they would allow him to stay as a 18 year old or if I as the parent would call in his reservation if that would be allowed. They would not let him in. He is not a menacing looking young man. There were fatalities near your area due to the weather being so terrible. Not much compassion for a fellow human in need at that point in time by your staff. read more

I had to find a place to stay when my truck broke down in Hayti late at night. I know people talk about how friendly this part of the country can be, but the people I met working at this Quality Inn were beyond anything I could imagine. They gave me a wonderful place to stay and a good rate, fed me, and gave me some great company. There is literally nothing. When we checked in, we were told only one person could do it and he was out. We got our keys, there is no elevator, and there was spilled milk all over the stairs that remained there even after check out. The second floor reeks of curry powder. The street light flickered into our room and the curtains do NOT close. 75 dollars a night for one person, 95 a night for two. read more

Worst hotel experience we've ever had. We were on the road all day long and decided to stop to get sleep...big mistake. There was a teenage party going on..cops were called. Kids were running all over the place, fights were breaking out. Our room smelled like black and mild. I wanted to leave but we had to protect our child. We could not get on the road with a bunch of drunk teenagers. When I spoke to the clerk they said they manager would go as low as $60. Give us a break..... We paid for sleep and didn't receive it. They put us at risk being sleep deprived and having to drive. This was a horrible ending to our trip. Seriously drive a little further and stay is Blythville. read more

We stopped to stay at local drury but it was full. The service was good we have small kids and they brought bedding up right away!!! To make a bed on the floor for our youngest. The beds were comfy and rooms clean and updated. They had. Small pool and breakfast was well managed. It was stocked and clean. The eggs and sausage was good and I'm not usually a big hot breakfast eater away from home. Lots of options friendly staff. Very dirty bathroom - lots of hair everywhere. The sheets were threadbare in spots. Had to call the hotel to get someone to come and check us in! The employee emerged from an office just behind the check-in desk and did not apologize for us having to call the hotel to get service (we had waited and also rang a loud bell). The manager and people who work here are rude. In fact, every person working at the reception mumbles and speaks unintelligible rudeness. When we arrived to check in, the person at the front desk was scowling (yes, scowling) at us. The rooms are barely decent. When we asked for clean towels we were told they are being washed and not ready yet -- no one ever brought towels. Save yourself the headache and just go to the Drury Inn across the street. read more

At a glance the room seems OK but under the covers is another story. My room had it all... from public hair in the bath and bed and even vomit left in the ice bucket. The front desk person (could be the manager or owner?) was not responsive and did not give a new room. No other employee spoke English well enough to talk with. Being a business traveler I've stayed at the some ugly places but this one takes first place. If you need a hotel in the area either try the Drury Inn (right across Interstate from this one) or the Casino Inn which is about 7 miles away. The Casino Inn may be a better choice since its close to the Lady Luck Casino and their restaurant and bar. Not many restaurants, diners, or even truck stops in this area. read more

This hotel service was well below par the waffle machine was broken and the other breakfast choice reminded me of school food the room were ok but the smell in the hall and the lack of concern for the guests my the staff is a BIG red flag they didn't thanks me for being a member at all I was tired from travels because there was a breed choice for less money and that is my fault don't stay here with your family or just drive by weak at best read more

Oh my goodness where to begin. No elevator and VERY hot on the 2nd floor. The staff/owner is very rude and was using derogatory comments towards us when we stayed. There was a lubricant stain on the bedside table that hadn't been cleaned from the previous stay. Clear as day hand prints on the headboard from God knows what. I believe the owner stays at the hotel with his wife, etc. Random stains all over the wall, in the bathroom, etc. There was dust all over the headboard and on the storage under the sink. I tried to show the owner's wife/ girlfriend or whoever she is to him and she grabbed my hand like she knew it was dirty and didn't want me to continue. Very unprofessional!!! My room key card got deactivated and I went to get another one and the night manager had a sign to "Call me" because he wasn't sitting at the front desk. When he got to the front desk he was very upset that he had to leave what he was doing and snatched the card from my hand and slammed the new one down on the counter, and told me to don't do it again. I asked him for the info for the wifi and demanded for my phone and he'll do it. I told him he'll never touch my phone and I'll pass on the wifi. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT STAY HERE PEOPLE!!!!!!! This hotel was horrible!!!!! Now I wish I would have taken pictures, words cannot describe the place. When we arrived we got our room on the first floor, but one of the walls were being repaired to the outside of the hotel and you could see straight through to the outside!!! There is NO elevator and my sisters were staying on the second floor. When I stepped into the room it was dark, and had a very nasty smell! There was a Jacuzzi tub in the room and it had dry rot on the bottom and it was filthy, there were only 2 towels in the bathroom, when we asked for more towels they told us we couldn't get any until the next day!!!! My daughter got ready for bed and pulled her pillow back and a dead spider was underneath it!!!! The pillow cases felt like they were damp. The next morning when my niece asked for more towels she said it would be a while because they had to finish drying, they were in the dryer!!!! You don't have clean, dry towels available for your guest!!!!??? Needless to say, we got the heck out of dodge ASAP!! We didn't even stick around for checkout, we didn't bathe, or shower or anything, we didn't even do the complimentary breakfast, the place was disgusting, the manager smelled very bad, and she had on the exact same clothes she had on when we checked in the day before. I was really disappointed, frustrated and aggravated because when you pay your money for something, you expect it to be like they say. DO NOT EVER BOOK A ROOM HERE!!!
