We are here in Fallon for the 11u Allstars Regional Baseball Tournament. This place is awesome. The staff is awesome. They really made the Kids and parents feel so WELCOMED!! If we ever come back this way we will definitely stay here and will recommend this hotel to everyone!! The Rosa and Esteves Families from Tulare, Ca. read more

From the customer service to the morning continental breakfast. Room was Clean but the smell of the room can improve but otherwise great value for the price . Very hospitality and friendly staff. read more

Can't complain too much about the hotel. It's relatively clean, the staff was really, really nice, but the TV had lots of issues, one of the queen sized beds squeezed like it had a broken spring, and the bathroom was pretty cramped. The breakfast that came with the room was fine, but there was a serious lack of tables and seats. What was kind of strange was them only making one of the two beds (we stayed two nights). Neither my wife nor I could figure out why. read more

Made a reservation with a male on Sunday July 13 at 19:07 and was told it would be no problem to have a first floor room since I have a knee injury, which was why I reserved at this hotel instead of choosing a different one. When we arrived there was first floor room available and we were told that there hadn't been a first floor room available for three days. Was thankfully assisted with luggage up the stairs. Inside the room, fridge was turned to lowest setting but still warm, even though we requested fridge for medication. Beds were extremely springy. Felt like sleeping on a trampoline with a sheet on top. The only reason I'm giving this hotel a 2 star instead of a 1 star is Julie at the front desk. She was empathetic, professional, kind and went above and beyond to make up for the error. Give Julie a raise. read more

Ok i had asked on Tuesday evening if the rooms are serviced each day i was told you need to request this. to have the serviced. Do Tuesday evening i asked to have it serviced Wednesday. I returned Wednesday and nothing had been cleaned or serviced. I again asked the front desk to have my room serviced Thursday. So i return Thursday evening and nothing! Poor communication. And they have no pool! My work picked this place but if i had to choose I would not come back. read more

Delicious breakfast gets changed everyday! Hot coffee! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! The front desk had snacks. Donavon always refreshed the keycards with a smile. read more

First let me start on a positive note, the staff was amazing! They greeted me and my toddler daughter daily with smiles. Anything we need they took care of ASAP. They spoke to us every time we walked in and out of the building. They even shared staff donuts with the few people who were eating breakfast. Staff was excellent Now down to the room.... The room was not that great. It is what I expect from a motel. The bed was stained, the sheets were stained, the towels only moved the water around your skin, the toilet paper was very rough, the mini fridge DID NOT get cold ( luckily we had a cooler to keep our kids milk in). You can hear your self when you walk. However, the room was cleaned, the shower pressure was pretty hard (which we like) and the room got pretty cold when using the AC! Another few aspects to note... the gym was small but very effective! The gym was nice and clean and they provided filtered water in the gym with lots of mirrors. Not very much space for floor exercise, so keep that in mind. The breakfast was a typically Continental breakfast, I did not eat anything but my family enjoyed the fresh waffles and juice options each day. Honestly, it beats having to spend money on breakfast each day. Take advantage of the free breakfast, if you can. Very important! There is NO elevator, luckily we were on the first floor, so if you have a lot of stuff request a room on the first floor, the staff is VERY accommodating! read more

Awful!!! Dirty room and a SUPER rude front desk staff. They are accusing me of smoking and my room!!! Definitely not, I have 3 young kids in here. I do have a humidifier to hide the smell of their gross room. Had them come look to prove I am not smoking in here and they are saying it my word against theirs!! They are refusing a refund and I feel so unwelcome this is ridiculous. read more

Quality Inn & Suites Near Nas Fallon - Bathrooms are gross! Found a Public hair in the bath and look at the toilet! - Hotels Near Me - Fallon, Nevada

It was gross and not Air Conditioned.... I drove from Oregon to Mississippi and stayed here the first night... never again! It felt like l stayed in a low budget motel in India! I made sure to not book a quality inn again! When I called my wife the next day to complain she said.... don't you know those are usually gross and disgusting? I told her - nope, you usually book our rooms! Lesson learned! read more

Pretty awful, even for the relatively competitive rate. Front desk staff was nice, though the common areas/hallways seemed really dirty. My room was also barely cleaned and full of disgusting touches including: short and long hairs left in the tub, visible water(?) marks on the bedside table, and last but not least, possible leftover fluids on the bed cover (see photo). I've stayed at a lot of hotels/motels in my life, from 5 star Ritzes to the 1 star Scottish Inns. This Quality Inn in Fallon is now up there at the top in terms of filth. read more

Management refused to clean the room after repeatedly being asked nicely. after talking to the staff in the hallway cleaning rooms they assured me that it would be cleaned when I came back. Assuming it was clean, no problems until I came back to my room with dirty linen and towels. The fair skinned woman with dark hair (not wearing a name tag) partially cleaned the room a week later, by partially I mean only one of the two beds in the room. I've also been woken up multiple times by the cleaning staff at various hours in the night and morning asking if I needed anything, the most inconvenient times. I would NEVER stay at this hotel again and would much rather spend a little more to get what is expected out of a hotel. read more

Terrible customer service particularly with the front desk person Taryn. We called multiple times trying to receive receipts for a stay for military personnel and she was blatantly rude and irritated when we respectfully asked for help. read more

Thomas and Dan deserve a raise. They are clearly here to play a full hand but dealt bad card from their superiors. They went out of their way to make sure we were as accommodated as we could be. read more

There was blood on the comforter, when I went to inform the front desk. The kids response was: "Oh yeah. Okay." Like it was already known and it didn't matter. Needless to say, we did not stay. Definitely don't recommend. read more

Towels are supper old and nasty looking same with bedding. Bed is supper hard and old. It's definitely more of a cheap hotel I would compare it to a roadway inn. Over all just a nasty hotel wouldn't recommend. read more

My husband and I had to stay here for a little over 2 weeks and we really liked it! We made the best out of our situation but overall it was good! A/C was cold and the fridge kept everything cold! I recommend it. read more

One of our employees stayed at this hotel finding deplorable conditions. Here are just a few of his findings: - sheets and pillow cases were stained and had hair on them - replacement blanket had stains as well - fridge was full of dirty wet towels - surrounding carpet was flooded - TV was disconnected with a nest of dangling wires - discarded syringe in parking lot When trying to address the issues, the manager merely became argumentative and actually just hung up. A hotel is only as good as it's weakest link. At the Quality Inn in Fallon, NV, it is management. They don't care about cleanliness or hospitality and it shows. Keep driving. read more

Beds were not comfortable no elevator had to carry luggage up the stairs the one good thing was check in I won't return and recommend you finding a different place to stay until they improve their rooms read more

Filthiest hotel I've ever been in! The young man at the front desk was extremely nice but the experience was awful. There was dried urine on the toilet and hairs in the bathroom. Linens were dingy, and there was a layer of dust everywhere. We couldn't sleep in such filth and left to find a more adequate place to sleep. read more
