    RUST ON LAMP AND GUM ON BED FRAME

    This was the WORST hotel I've ever been to. Once we arrived we realized that our room was A LOT smaller than we thought. Instantly we were hit with a very strong sweat odor. While walking around we realized the room itself was DIRTY. There was literally a piece of GUM stuck to the bed frame. Not to mention the lamp (near our beds) was covered in RUST.The floor was uneven and had burn marks on the carpet. When we opened up the fridge we saw the cabinet had stains all around it. (Almost like dried up milk). The fridge itself had water spilled inside. The bathroom was filled with stains. The tub,wall,floor,and even shampoo bottles were dirty with stains. Walls are also VERY THIN. We were able to hear music from other rooms as well as people arguing and slamming doors. Area is overall bad, as soon as we arrived we saw a transient on his bike looking into cars. Would NEVER book again.

    WORST EXPERIENCE EVER Customer service was horrible, would not refund my money when we checked in to an un sanitized room filled with cigarettes buds. Apart from a filthy room, front desk was not so helpful. I would recommend to seek other options when it comes to booking any room here.

    Not a safe place. I checked in smoothly, no issues, but while looking for the room, a random man in a corner asked what room # we had (we were visibly looking for our room) and once he pointed us in the direction, he pulled out his wallet and gave us a room key FOR THE ROOM WE WERE STAYING IN. He said "hey, come here, that key wont work, this one works" This man did NOT work for the inn. We took the key and proceeded to the room where the door was already opened and being kept open with wet dirty towels. Upon further inspection, the bed has wet dirt spots which were definitely fresh. The room smelled bad, not clean, and had no towels. We grabbed our stuff and turned around, avoiding the earlier man and complained to the lady at the front. We told her about the guy and the state of the room. She was shocked and confirmed he didnt work there and had no idea who he was. We confirmed him on their cameras and she gave us another room on another floor. The new room was clean, SMELLED CLEAN and had towels. Nothing amiss in the new room. We were still pretty freaked out, but it was a long day and we needed to sleep. Safety is definitely a concern here. Hopefully, they called the police since she mentioned doing so. We saw the man wandering around the inn afterwards going to random doors so we we're pretty spooked. Staff was nice, no issues there.

    First when I came in I went to go see if the bathroom was okay but the toilet water was brown and the bath is dirty as hell and you can even hear the noises of the lights then somebody put a boger on the wall

    I've stayed here before in the past and this past weekend has confirmed that this place is just a straight dump! All the rooms smell like penetrated tobacco, probably the carpets and curtains. * Room 211 is an embarrassment - avoid it! * The soda/water vending machine never works. * Guests can't park correctly. * Check the expiration dates on packaged foods. * All carpets in every room are filthy. I did not have a pleasant experience this time around. You are overpaying for what you think you are getting. Thisplace needs a serious renovation.

    This place is Disgusting...Mold in the mini fridge, cigarettes burns everywhere, prostitutes and people walking around all hours of the night, disgusting mattress stains, blood stains on the curtains, SMELLS foul and All the linen and Towels are worn out. This place is a health risk and I will be reporting this GRIM hotel.

    Upon checking I noticed many stains in the carpet. The pillow cases and sheets were also stained. I saw many roaches in the room. Also when I was asleep I woke up to itching when I looked under the sheets I noticed bed bugs. When I went to the office to speak with a manager after being suddenly awaken out of my sleep by bites. When I went to the office I wasn't allowed inside to checkout and get my money back.

    I booked a room through priceline.com, I trusted what their website reflected, however upon checking into the room I was not satisfied with the level of cleanliness, and I asked for a refund which was denied. I was shown a different room and again I ask for a refund, so I could relocate to a place I felt comfortable in. Priceline tried to intervene and asked motel management twice to give me a refund however, management stuck with it's nonrefundable! I received an email back from another manager acknowledging the stains/"over sights" and they wrote the stains are coffee. Whatever the stains may or may not be...the point is that overall there is a lack of cleanliness in the rooms that I viewed. I was not comfortable staying on premises and should be entitled to a refund. This issue doesn't fall all on housekeeping, they need to have certain tools available to them to do their job properly.

    The property is physically dirty and dated. The carpet was very dirty, with red and dark brown stains, and a section of it was patched and fraying around the patch's edges. The door had a gap letting light, sound, and cigarette smoke flow in. The toilet was crooked, and fixtures were loose and falling off the wall. It was disgusting to stay, but the bedsheets looked clean and smelled like bleach so we stuck it out for the night. I'd expect this from a $49/night motel. Not a $175/place hotel. The staff was friendly, tho.

    Wouldn't recommend this hotel. Room had burnt marks in the walls fault dirty. Shower head was broken!

    Bed bugs didn't even want to give me a refund . I woke up with a bunch of bed bug bites I do not recommend this place.

    Very rude staff in the office , roaches and bed bugs disgusting place ! Don't stay here ! Trashy place I rather stay at motel 6.

The made to order omelets were absolutely delicious. I wish I had gotten the chef's name so I could thank them personally. They did an amazing job. The only downside was that the hot tub wasn't working, but hopefully it'll be up and running the next time we're in town because we'd love to enjoy it. One of our favorite features was the beautiful open air atrium with the water feature. It was so peaceful, relaxing, and welcoming. It almost felt like being outdoors. Plus, loved the balcony. 10/10 recommend! We look forward to staying here again. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable!

    Shot out to Ashley M for outstanding service!…read more We're usually used to staying at some of the larger Marriott brands, but we decided to stay here for one night (3/15/26-3/16/26) since we just needed a quick getaway close to home and it ended up being such a cute little hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, but what really made our stay stand out was the service. Everyone we encountered was incredibly sweet and gracious, but ASHLEY M. truly went above and beyond. I had originally asked for a pool view but couldn't really see it from our room. Without hesitation, she said, "Give me a moment," and rearranged things to get us a room with a proper pool view. That alone was amazing, but then I realized I had left something behind in the previous room. Ashley immediately reassured me and had someone retrieve it and bring it right over. She handled everything with such kindness, a smile, and genuine care, it really made a difference. When we checked out, I believe the manager's name was Isaac (I didn't catch it for sure), and he was just as pleasant and professional. You could tell the way the place is run reflects strong, gracious leadership. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Clean, welcoming, and filled with kind people who truly care. This stay was far below expected standards in cleanliness & guest care. I would strongly advise against staying here. I endured an extended business stay at this property and from the start, the room was not properly cleaned -- food debris on the floors, a heavily soiled couch with crumbs throughout, and an unsanitary shower head that required replacement. Maintenance issues, including plumbing (foul smelling water) and power concerns, took days to resolve. Housekeeping was inconsistent and often unacceptable. On multiple occasions, floors were not cleaned, sheets were not changed, and visibly stained bedding was placed on the bed. Debris was left behind, including someone else's hair and trash, indicating the room was not properly serviced. Most concerning, I experienced insect activity and developed a significant bite during my stay that is still healing. A colleague on the same floor reported similar issues. This raises serious sanitation and health concerns. Despite multiple reports, concerns were dismissed or inadequately addressed at the management level. Rather than resolving the issues, responses were deflective and unprofessional. I ultimately had to escalate this matter to corporate to receive any acknowledgment. For a Marriott property, this is unacceptable and this establishment is unfit. I would never return to this property.

The gym facilities were better than expected with lots of natural light and good equipment, although, they could've used more exercise mats. My status gave me an $18 credit to use at the conscience store. The stock was rather odd with very little consistency. I would usually get some gum, water, cereal, but then they would have no milk. Once I tried the fresh fruit cup. Worst fresh fruit I'd ever had in my life. This area definitely needs work. Despite the inconsistencies, I feel like this hotel does try, and while the building is quite worn, I think it makes up for it with friendly service, better than average gym and parking & delicious cookies on demand.

We even used the pool and it was great with some nice seating. They have an eatery right there and we had both dinner and breakfast there and it was great and the staff was wonderful. The only reason they have a 4 and not a 5 is because it is time to refresh the place, but the staff is a solid 5. They were great to us and if we are near again we might go back there, this time with a reservation.

The rooms we booked were clean, which fortunately was in stark contrast to the extremely dirty carpet in the hallways. We were advised of the rules at check in, which included "no partying". But, no apparent action was taken to enforce that rule since my sister and her husband got no sleep during our short stay because of boisterous partying in another room. In the morning, at the complimentary breakfast, my sister was politely scolded for opening the cabinet near the waffle maker to see if there was sugar free syrup and she saw no attendant to ask. Ironically, that same front desk clerk assured us that retaining copies of our identification documents was for our protection. She said the copies would be kept in a file for "...a while..". At one point she said for months. That's the most novel way yet to protect us against possible fraud or ID. theft! I will definitely be monitoring the unauthorized use of my identification document.
