We eventually got it working, but once we were done showering, we couldn't turn it off. When we reported it, hotel management didn't seem to care. We were told there was no maintenance available until the following day at noon, so the shower ran all night (thankfully at a light flow). The next morning, management still didn't seem concerned and even told us to just leave it running when we checked out. I expect at least a basic level of hospitality.
