QUALITY HOME INNOVATIONS is the worst decision I've ever taken! They're absolute thieves, took my money and abandoned the remodeling. Unfortunately I knew ERICK ARELLANO and trusted him and his company with my remodeling project.. gave him more than have of the money totaling $90k, they did some work the first few weeks or so and then disappeared. House was never done, he never paid the people he had working at house and now they're gone.I wish I've read their reviews before, there are others here claiming the same things, they are THIEVES!!! Not even qualified by the Better Business Bureau due the amount of unsatisfied clients.

This company is full of LIARS! They don't complete the job they say they are going to do, get upset when u call them and ask what the hold up is on why the job is not being completed. Lies is what they all run with . Starting with Miguel saying we will have the job done in 3 days, it's already going on a month and still not completed. Casandra the secretary that always says I'll call you back with an answer never calls back gets offended when called a LIAR. Erik who never told my mom what his title was to the company very RUDE! But yet he did tell my mom he was born in Brownsville Tx and his birthday was in July, like any of that information was needed. Arguing with my elderly mom and he told her that until she changes her attitude is when her job will get done. Of course my mom is upset you people don't answer the phone and just lie. It's better to be honest than to piss people off. But yet somehow these ppl got paid . And left my mom's house unfinished. read more
