    La version française suit:…read more I give 4 stars only because of a schedule problem even if the company owner was transparent enough to let me know that they employ a marketing company and schedule availability disparities can appear in the service because of that so basically the marketing company told me 9 am and the owner 1 pm at the same day of the appointment... Not a big biggie to me since I'm teleworking but also not perfect as I was prepared to receive the service at 9am. By the way the reason to use the marketing company is so that he can focus more on the work which is an expert at which to me makes total sense ecen if it means potential problems like the schedule. The marketing company wrote messages to me back in French even do they are an English speaking company so props to them for that. The technicians were English only soit was good that I'm French and English bilingual but I tought that I would receive the service in French because I received messages in French. To put it mildly it wouldn't have been a nearly as good service if I couldn't understand English since I wouldn't have been able tp understand what was being done and the recommandations. I received what I felt and still feel were good recommendations from the owner and it wasn't to upsell me just to advise me like an expert should do. He sold me 2 different types of filters. One for the humidifier and the other for the furnace. I dont really know if 75$ for the humidifier filter was upselling and a good thing to have replaced but the old one seemed dirty. He showed me the price of the furnace filter on Amazon and sold it to me about 40% cheaper which boosted my trust. It was also the less expensive service fee that I've been quoted between 4 different company. Their was two multi-etnical technicians which is the small company per the owner. One mentor and one apprentice #blaklivesmatter! In any case, they got my second appoinment in 2 years and its going to cost half the price because of everything that he did on that appointment! _____________________________________________________ Je donne 4 étoiles uniquement en raison d'un problème d'horaire, même si le propriétaire de l'entreprise était suffisamment transparent pour me faire savoir qu'il emploie une entreprise de marketing et que des disparités de disponibilité d'horaire peuvent apparaître dans le service à cause de cela, donc en gros, la société de marketing m'a dit à 9 heures et le propriétaire 13h le jour même du rendez-vous ... Ce n'est pas un gros problème pour moi puisque je télétravaille mais pas parfait car j'étais prêt à recevoir le service à 9h. La prochaine fois je saurai qu'il y aura ce risque. Soit dit en passant, le propriétaire m'a expliqué que la raison d'utiliser la société de marketing est pour qu'il puisse se concentrer davantage sur le travail dans lequel il est un expert. pour moi, c'est tout à fait logique même si cela signifie des problèmes potentiels comme l'horaire qui peu être différente entre les 2 compagnis. La société de marketing m'a écrit des messages en français, même si elle est une entreprise anglophone, alors c'est quand même bien pour l'effort. Les techniciens étaient anglais seulement alors c'était bien que je sois bilingue français et anglais mais je pensais que je recevrais le service en français car je recevais des messages en français. Pour le dire légèrement, cela n'aurait pas été un bon service si je ne comprenais pas l'anglais car je n'aurais pas pu comprendre ce qui se faisait et les recommandations. J'ai reçu ce que je ressent et ressentais être logiquement de bonnes recommandations du propriétaire et que ce n'était pas pour me vendre mais simplement pour me conseiller comme un expert devrait le faire. Il m'a vendu 2 types de filtres différents. Un pour l'humidificateur et l'autre pour la fournaise. Je ne sais pas vraiment si 75 $ pour le filtre de l'humidificateur était une vente exessivement cher et une bonne chose à avoir remplacé mais l'ancien semblait sale. Il m'a montré le prix du filtre de la fournaise de la fournaise sur Amazon et me l'a vendu environ 40% moins cher, ce qui a renforcé ma confiance. Ce sont aussi les frais de service les moins chers que j'ai reçu entre 4 entreprises différentes. Il y avait deux techniciens multi-etniques qui forme la petite entreprise. Un mentor et un apprenti #blaklivesmatter! En tout cas, ils ont obtenu mon deuxième rendez-vous en 2 ans et ça va coûter la moitié du prix à cause de tout ce qu'il a fait lors de ce rendez-vous qui ne devra pas tout être refait!

Michael came to our house and was incredibly professional. He thoroughly checked everything, explaining each step in terms I could understand. He reassured us that we had caught the issue in time and even recommended an easy fix. Michael went above and beyond, charging us nothing, and was genuinely the nicest person. He could have easily exaggerated the problem and charged us thousands, but he didn't. People like Michael deserve all the success in the world.     My wife and I recently moved to the area and Michael Stoeckle (Green Home Solutions) helped us out…read moretwice this year. He's very responsive, punctual, knowledgeable, and honest. The first time we called him was to inspect some areas of suspected mold growth in a home we were looking at buying. Michael was very thorough and found WAY more growth than our home inspector did. He knew just where to look throughout the house. Michael put together a great proposal for treatment which we ended up using to back out of the purchase. A couple months later, we went through with the purchase another home and found what appeared to be mold or mildew in the closets as we were moving in. (The closets had been piled full of the previous owners' belongings during the inspection and we didn't notice it during the final walkthrough.) We wondered if we had a bigger issue on our hands so we called Michael to come look at it. Again, he did a very thorough inspection, looking behind insulation in the basement and other places that wouldn't have occurred to me. Fortunately, he found that the closets seemed to be the only issue. He told us he would be happy to treat them for us but the issue was so minor we could safely and effectively do it ourselves for much less money. He gave us detailed instructions for how to take care of it with a combination of over-the-counter products. He explained how those products differed from what he would use and why each step in the instructions was important. We followed his instructions and after a very humid summer the closets are still clean! If we were to encounter mold issues in the future I would definitely trust Michael to check it out and take care of it. Thanks Michael!
