Once we arrived Bella showed us around, talked about the history and Shane helped carry our luggage to the room. We booked the Elizabeth and loved it! It's in a great location, parking is included and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Our room was comfortable, clean and we enjoyed Christmas decorations. The breakfast; wow! Delicious and a great learning experience for us. Bella made and served breakfast and explained each course. We plan on returning to Toccoa and hopefully can get a room again at the Simmons-Bond, they only have 5. Highly recommended.

Very good B&B with excellent breakfast that they prepare from scratch. Location is great and even…read moreclose to Helen and Talullah Falls which is where we spent most of our time exploring. They have everything you would expect like ironing board, TV, etc. They even has a community fridge out in the hall with drinks, water, snacks and you could also store some of your cold stuff there. Our only complaint was the room which was "The Colleen". Dan did not try and sugar coat it and told us that it was the smallest room at the B&B and he was spot on. While my wife and I are both small and petite there was still just enough room for the both of us but barely. The bathroom is hidden behind a secret bookshelf which was cool and unique but very tiny and cramped. Just something to keep in mind if you end up staying in that room. Other than that the place exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again just hopefully in one of the other rooms if available.
