He was straight-forward and on top of everything from day one. I reached out to them and they quickly looked at the work that needed to be done. Their quote was about what I expected. As a bonus they also guided me about filling out a Fuel Reduction plan with a state agency. This allowed me to recover $500 back from the cost of the clean up. They did a great job on the lot and it looks exactly the way we wanted it. This is despite them running into a yellow jackets next on the property. "We got pretty tore up". That's not how it's done. A contractor gets paid after the work is satisfactory.

We had a contract for him to remove fill dirt and put down erosion control, and he did not seem to follow the contract on many levels. We had to hire someone else to correct what they did because we continued to have issues. Consultants told us that he left 3-4 feet of dirt that was all supposed to have been removed down to native and that he put the erosion materiel the wrong way on the hill. We asked him to come back and fix what he failed to do, but he refused. If you want someone honest, in my opinion, I would not recommend anyone hire this guy!
