Refuses to use a water truck to manage the site. Labor day weekend ruined because the site blew dirt all over the neighborhood. Too cheap to care. Could have had a water truck as required but more concerned about $$. The weather report showed dry high wind event so Latham should have been watering- but obviously cares more about $$ than community. My kids have asthma and are suffering. People were trying their best to get over in the other lane with out causing an accident. I though that if a dump truck was hauling something that it had to be covered up? I could be wrong. The local guy, Micah, came out and successfully located thousands of feet of electrical lines. He was on time and worked quickly. I always have a lot of questions for contractors that I engage and he was happy to answer them all. He can talk and work at the same time; a quality I highly value. He marked the electrical lines in paint and even gave me a stack of utility flags so I wouldn't lose the marks in the snow that wouldn't be far off. Much appreciated. As of this review, Advanced Underground Utility Locating does have an extremely cheesy website, but don't let that cement your impression of the work performed. Micah did a great job in accurately locating every last line and it was hundreds less than I thought it would cost. I highly recommended the company for locating utilities underground.

In less than 3 years concrete curbing has deteriorated in many areas. I have called this business…read more12 times and have NEVER received a response. This issue appears to be a bad batch of concrete which is not our fault. There were other issues with them that we overlooked but this is a major issue and that at least calls for a return call. Based on their lack of following up on our complaint I would recommend not using them.
