Thursday, 7 May 2026 Technician "Oz" Osborne arrived as scheduled. He explained the task at hand and immediately went to work. He THOROUGHLY explained step-by-step his findings, politely answered my questions. Oz was very professional throughout his time at my home. He did not rush any work, was very respectful of my property and gave me sound, solid advice for future service of my HVAC system. Quality has served me well for 15+ years, and EVERY technician that has come to my home--several repeaters, ALWAYS were professional and extended me the courtesy as a valued customer. Abilene community, I highly recommend using Quality Cooling and Heating for your HVAC needs--and now, for ANY and ALL of your plumbing needs. You will not be disappointed. Value for every dollar, well spent on--hence it's in their name, "Quality" service. If possible, a TEN STAR Rating! George Miller read more

I am selling my house in Abilene, but live out of town. I called to get quote and was told very rudely that they do not offer prices. If I wanted a price I HAD to pay a 9 dollar fee for them to come out and diagnose issue......I don't need a diagnosis I already have on. Also since I live out of town and can only come in on a weekend was told I would have to pay an additional service fee and they do not make appointments for Saturday it was first call first serve.... well I guess they do not want my business. very unimpressed with their unprofessional attitude and lack of help. read more

Quality from start to finish. We had several companies bid the replacement of our HVAC system. Adam was knowledgeable, honest, and did exactly what he said he would do. We received an accurate bid very quickly and were able to discuss options to achieve the ideal system for our needs. The install crew that did our job were respectful and did great work. Quality communicated with us through the entire process and followed through on every aspect of the job. I would suggest Quality to anyone looking for an honest & reliable HVAC company in the big country. read more

We have used Quality for our HVAC system for quite some time and we were pleased to see they added plumbing. We recently used them to flush our water heater, unstop a sink and repair a leak in the ice maker line. They were prompt and fast workers. They completed all jobs and even cleaned up after themselves. We have been club members for several years and now have additional perks such as free water heater flush as well as the annual hvac servicing. Jared and Bryan were our plumbers and we can add them to the list of experts to call from Quality! read more

Sammy and James came out today to replace an old mini‑split for me, and they absolutely delivered. The space they were working in was already hot, and the outdoor unit was on a second‑story steel roof in 100‑plus degree weather -- brutal conditions. Even so, these two gentlemen knocked it out with skill, professionalism, and kindness. Their work was excellent, their attitude was outstanding, and they took great care of my family and me. I can't begin to express my gratitude. You really can't go wrong choosing Quality in Abilene. read more

I was so impressed on the care that they me on fixing my heating unit...from going up in the attic to wearing shoe covering not to get my carpet dirty. It seems no one does that and I have had my carpet by other companies. Found things that should have been done on installation to things that had come undone and not getting my unit to work 100%. Super friendly and not a rush job to get out of here!!!! Would recommend them to all!!! Merry merry Christmas Quality!!! read more

I recently had an issue with my heat not working. I called up Quality - after hours - and they had someone on the phone with me helping me troubleshoot immediately. The next day they were at my home resolving the issue. And it may seem small, but I really love that they cover their shoes with booties upon entering every single time. Very professional and courteous. Wouldn't use anyone else! Great job Quality! read more

Excellent service! Mitchell was out early in the morning and assessed the repair situation quickly. He also saw that we had some other issues with our system that we were unaware of. He gave us several quotes to choose from. We made our choice with a maintenance package. He had us up and running with cool air quickly. So thankful because it was over 100 degrees. Great to work with Mitchell. read more

Had to replace my air conditioner and heating system. They are such a professional group of men. The price was reasonable. Told me it would take a day and a half, but they were done in one day! They installed new thermostat and also set-up on my phone. This is the second time I've used this company and been pleased both times. I definitely give them 5 stars and highly recommend. read more
