(FIVE STARS) I…read morecannot say enough good things about Indy Elite Exteriors and Jim Clements. From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding. Jim worked with me on a full roof replacement, downspout replacement, and water intrusion remediation, all while coordinating with my insurance company. He was incredibly responsive, prioritized my urgent needs, and made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and manageable. One thing that really stood out was the level of planning and communication. Jim helped me select the perfect roof color for my home, scheduled the work around my needs, and even pre-ordered all materials so everything was ready to go. The materials were delivered the morning of the project, and his crew completed a large two-story roof replacement in a single day without sacrificing quality. The workmanship was exceptional, but what impressed me most was the care they showed for my property. Before starting, they moved equipment and belongings out of the work area and carefully tarped around the house to capture as much debris as possible. When the job was finished, they went above and beyond with cleanup, thoroughly sweeping the yard and using magnetic sweepers to pick up nails and other metal debris. They treated my home as if it were their own. The final result looks fantastic, and I couldn't be happier. Jim and his crew delivered outstanding craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer service every step of the way. I would highly recommend Indy Elite Exteriors to friends, family, and anyone looking for roofing or exterior work. Thank you, Jim, and thank you to your entire crew for the excellent work you did on my home! This version reads like a genuine homeowner review while highlighting the details that future customers tend to care about most: communication, insurance assistance, quality of work, protection of property, cleanup, and reliability.

We received delivery of seven skids right away, along with the other material we needed. It had rained the morning of delivery, however, that didn't stop the delivery driver from proceeding right up through the side yard, partially into our neighbors yard too, and tearing it completely up (approx. 12-14" ruts). Our neighbor called us first to let us know what had happened, then we received a call from Tom Curley. Tom said Curley Bros. would send in a professional landscaper to fix the damage once things dried-up, and he was contemplating on firing the delivery personel as well. About a week later they did show-up and rototilled, layed minimal top-soil, and grass seed. They also cut the internet cable going into our house we would later discover. Not a big deal, but it would have been nice to know. We were very pleased with Ryan Curley, who spread the top soil. We met him in the yard and he siad after the new top soild settled, and we removed the pallets from the yard, he would come back to repair the ruts underneath the pallets. Once the yard settled and we got the pallets moved, we called Ryan to come back to spread more top soil to fill the ruts. Ryan said he would be out that day. Tom Curley called us immiedately after hanging-up with Ryan to tell us the pallet damage to the yard was part of construction and our responsibility. We explained it was not the damage from the pallets we were concerned about, but the ruts underneath the pallets caused by the moffett. We compromised and agreed that if Ryan brought the top soil, we would provide the grass seed. That was almost two weeks ago. They never showed. We have since hauled-in the top soil to repair the damage ourselves. What started out to be a pleasant experience ended with very poor professionalism and customer service. We were not asking for anything unfair. We just wanted what Tom Curley had told he was going to do and we simply wanted our yard put back the way it was.

It seems that the biggest challenge with hiring a contractor is finding someone who communicates well and is responsive. Fortunately, Homestead offered both- they were very communicative through the estimate process, securing materials and throughout the construction. All of their staff was very friendly and made us feel comfortable having them at our house. We used request a quote through Yelp to kick off the experience and felt good about their positive reviews. Our composite deck with aluminum railing was completed on schedule. They did a fabulous job at the attention to detail and quality work. Grateful to work with them and we will definitely keep them in mind for future projects.

Now this was our first home reno project ever, but I'm pretty sure that's not how it's suppose to go. So after having some electrical work done, my electrician asked if I had ever thought about "putting my own team together?" We embarked on starting with a plumber. We hired our plumber and wondered into a story-telling session with the lady setting my appt on the phone. I told her about all the contractors we'd had come and go and not have a single call back. She recommended I call Chuck at Homestead Construction. She said she wasn't sure what his schedule currently held, nor if he'd be able to take on the job, but at least I could try. I'm so glad I did! Homestead Construction has been a dream come true to work with. From beginning to end Chuck and his team had everything under control and exactly as we asked. We only had a couple of problems, but Chuck was quick to the draw to have them fixed or figured out. I wouldn't change anything about our experience. The timeline was a bit drawn out, but that was due to workers shortages. The estimate was exactly as stated and right in line with what websites for home/basement renovations stated they should be. We didn't end up over budget and I'm grateful to Chuck for that. We will not hesitate to call Homestead Construction for any future renovations we need done on our home. Thank you Chuck, and your team, for a terrific experience.
