I have had many chiropractors dating back to my childhood. Dr. D is the very best I have ever been to. It is amazing how often I speak about her to one of her patients and hear them express how she feels like family. She takes the time to find out what I really need. She listens, examines thoroughly, including an Xray that found out I had some loss at the top of my spine that made it a delicate adjustment. Is it bad to want to put your chiropractor in your pocket and take him every where you go? I have had a great experience so far, and my body appreciates the work the Dr's here do. I found the office professional and friendly. I saw Dr KC who knew exactly what my issues were and adjusted me effectively. My first couple experiences were a success. I am very pleased and can't wait to get back. The only issue I had was the time spent in the office on my first visit. I was there almost 2 hours on my first visit, which is way too long (for me). I believe this was a "new patient/ intro to the office thing" and my second visit was much more time effective. So, if you are new, plan your day accordingly. I have been getting monthly adjustments here for nearly five years. I love this place. All of the doctors have been great. I have never had a problem with billing, and all the staff is friendly. It would be nice not to need to go, but I favor my right hip to carry children. So the doctors (for the past two years I've seen Dr. KC) adjust me monthly so things don't get majorly out of position. I don't live with pain, but my lower left back muscles are inflamed so it's easy to see that things are unbalanced. I found them when I was pregnant and my hips were out of place and I could barely walk and that was painful. After seeing them about four times in a week, it was unbelievable how I could walk without pain. Another time I napped on my neck wrong. It was painful and they were able to fix it and I walked out feeling like a new person. As I wait for the elevator in the hallway, I always feel an inch taller than when I walked in. I'm not a bumper sticker person, but if I was I could see myself getting an "I love my chiropractor!" I hope this is helpful. read more

I have been going to see Dr. D'Amato and her team at Quality Chiropractic for more than 10 years. I initially began chiropractic treatment due to a sprained lower back while playing soccer. After seeing a chiropractor who did not help me, Dr. D. healed my back and has helped keep me in regular health ever since. Her staff are professional and organized, calling or emailing in advance to confirm appointments, and her team is bilingual in Spanish and English. The office also takes many insurance providers. Dr. D. listens closely to your needs and responds with a customized, holistic approach to all of her patients (I know, because I've sent friends and family to see her). Quality Chiropractic also focuses on nutritional and weight loss health, as well as offers massage. It's definitely a one-stop shop for healthy living, and I can't recommend it enough! read more

The doctor that I saw and really liked left the practice and city. Haven't been contacted to transition to another one in the office, so they don't seem interested in keeping my business. That said, the problems with and attitude of the front desk would completely deter me from returning. We've made payments in office that weren't accurately recorded (always in their favor btw), they've mucked up the insurance claims, they have carried a credit on my account for nearly 6 months and keep billing my husband for a visit that hasn't been submitted to insurance. I was referred to Dr. D'amato by my former chiropractor, whom I loved. So I thought it would all be well. The doctor was fine, the billing and support staff sub-par. I had my first appointment which was done so I rebooked. This second appointment I had serious insurance billing issues. The service was 3 times the amount if the first and they were identical. I asked to have the billing person Silvia call me. I scheduled my next appointment and was not called. So I called and left several messages which were not returned. I was asked to make my next appointment and I said I was going to wait until Silvia called me and the billing was resolved. T I was told they would give her my message. I never got a call back. That was in February. Over the summer I was called to schedule a visit and I said not until Silvia calls and we resolve this billing issue. Last week I got a phone call while at an appointment, I asked to be called back. I was not called back. I instead got a certified demand letter stating I had 48 hours to pay. I responded certified mail to Doctor that day. I asked for the billing to be clarified. No response was received. Yesterday I got a letter from a collection agency. I called them for the back up and was told they did not have to provide it. I would not recommend any business with such horrible and predatory practices. This is why the healthcare system failed. I have found another provider who is great in all aspects of his practice. read more

Dr. D'Amato's refute to my review is as irresponsible as her office's billing practices. Her office handled the paperwork for insurance pre-authorization, but either failed to file such pre-authorization paperwork in a timely manner, of failed to file payment claims in a timely manner. I reviewed each unpaid claim from my insurance company and her offices failure to file in a timely manner and/or submit proper paperwork was the ONLY reason for denied payment from my insurance company. Her false claims in her reply are shameful. Dr. D'Amato, your office was poorly managed and you should take responsibility for that. read more

After seeing Dr. Bradshaw, Dr. D'Amato, and Dr. Sebel, the baby rotated to the correct position for birth. I have found all the doctors to be very professional, knowledgeable, and warm. This office is the best. Dr. D'Amato (Dr. D) is amazing. She has so much experience and expertise and is careful when dealing with all types of problems. She has been my doctor when I had a car accident injury, she was my husband's doctor after he had surgery and helped him with rehab and is my daughter's doctor because she has scoliosis. Now she helps my 88 year old dad maintain his body balanced. We have been her patients over the last 12 years and we've never been disappointed. We're even happier now that her office staff is new and very professional and polite and capable. Great chiropractors and wonderful office staff! A few months ago I had a headache that just wouldn't go away. After about 2 days I figured my neck was out of place and it was pinching some nerves, as well as making my muscles really sore. I did some research (including reading lots of reviews like this!) and made an appointment at Quality Chiro. Dr. Stacy Medieros has been my chiropractor ever since. Not only is she good at adjusting but she really takes the time to discuss your problem, gets a full medical history and helps you with exercises or supplements that may help your joints. I was so impressed and felt so comfortable with their services that I even sent my husband there - and he's a chiropractic novice. HE even came back and was raving. All in all, great chiropractors (I've had Dr. D'Amato too and found her just as wonderful) and AMAZING front office staff who are always smiling and friendly! read more

Dr. Dana is a fantastic chiropractor and worth making an appointment with IF: you have months of time to devote to resolving billing mistakes with an inept billing department. Leaving the practice after two years because I simply do not have the time to devote during my work day to resolving billing problems that drag on for months over very small amounts. I had the experience to see Dr. Damato years ago and lost my insurance after some years after i came back and my experience was the worst i ever had in any office. This time i saw Dr. Dana but, she was not the problem, she is a great doctor. The worst problem they can have is their staff but that is because of the Office manager they have a girl named Jacky most disrespectful person ever and she thinks the service provided is a favor. Asked questions for a referral and coverage since day one and ever since that day for the next 4 visit and they said everything was ok the fifth visit they said they had not received the referral for my HMO plan. Not only that they played with my time more than one time. by cancelling my appointments . asked to speak to the doctor and i was denied. called again to speak to the doctor and was denied as well by the same person.of course the office manager does not want the doctor to know the lack of service she provides. Called to ask about insurance coverage and got the wrong information from their staff. in conclusion their staff is all lost , they don't know what they are doing and talk. Great doctors but are going to keep losing patients because of the lack of costumer service of their staff. read more

I injured my back a couple of months ago when I was involved in an accident, and decided to seek chiropractic care after hearing multiple success stories of treatment from friends. I decided to visit Dr. Dana at Quality Chiropractic after reading reviews online suggesting that she was very personable and a master of her craft. I'm glad I did. My first couple visits with Dr. Dana were very laid back and very informative. She did an excellent job of explaining chiropractic's and the treatment process involved with it, and also how long the treatment recovery process might be. The entire staff is extremely polite and welcoming, and the office itself has an "everything will be alright" feeling to it. After a few weeks of treatment, I had minimal to no pain, as if my injury never happened; I felt rejuvenated and was able to get back to work. I'm not saying I am one hundred percent at any way, but what Dr. Danna did for me, is get me back to work comfortably, and give me a little bit of my youth back. Not all chiropractors are the same, one that shows genuine care for their patient's well being, is rare. But till this day, I continue to enjoy every visit here and would recommend Dr. Dana or any of the other doctors there to anyone seeking chiropractic care. read more
