I bought a custom Yamaha cart from them last year. It's been great cart & they really took attention to detail. Adam was great when I had questions. They took care of a tire issue for me even though they didn't have to. Great service after the sale. Thanks guys read more

I was looking for a part to improvise on a boat repair. I thought a part on my golf cart might work, so I went to Quality Carts and explained what I was looking for. Adam listened attentively then went in to the parts room and came out with exactly was I was hoping for. Not only did he come up with it, but he didn't charge me for it. I don't think they're looking to be in the boat parts business, but they are obviously willing to help customers solve their needs. Just when I thought great customer service doesn't exist anymore, they prove me wrong. Thanks for all your help! Oh, they've been great to work with when I needed golf cart maitenance. read more

Beware took my golf cart there to have worked on it was a disaster. Watch your invoice carefully for charges and work not done.

Quality Carts has superb customer service! We are always greeted with a smile and are helped in a timely manner. My husband needed a key for our cart as he misplaced ours and they gave him one for free. All they expected in return was his repeat business. :) read more

For just about 29 years we've been in the golf cart business. It started with working on just a few carts when there was time, and erupted into a full time business. We are firm believers in the golden rule: treat others the way you would want to be treated. That's why we always provide our customers with the best deal without making things too complicated. That's what we would want if things were reversed. We uphold strong Christian values. Up until the making up this website, the only means of advertisement we've had was word of mouth, so we couldn't afford to give anyone less than the best. Our customers keep us going, and each deal is met with a firm handshake. We appreciate your business and thank you for your interest in Quality Carts.

I had a fabulous experience purchasing a golf cart from Quality Carts. The customer service is above expectations and I was treated like I was buying an expensive car! Mark was patient and was and even delivered our golf cart early for a family get together. The young man at the front desk even loaned me his phone charger while I was waiting on paperwork. Mark and Fred were great to work with. I live 1.5 hours from their shop so I called to make sure they had the used parts I was looking for. They had a great selection of used parts which is what I was looking for since I have a 20 year old Yamaha G16. Purchased a newer top that looks great on the cart. Also picked up a nice used seat. We had thought we had three bad batteries, but Mark had us check the on-cart wiring for the charging circuit and sure enough a wire was barely hanging on and broke when we wiggled it a bit. Can't thank them enough for their help and super-friendly way of doing business!!!! read more
