Ive worked at a car wash before. Its a hard job. I drove from washington state to key west and these guys did a job well done! I dont see what the others are saying "rude" they were nice to me. They got the bugs, everything off 30 mins 20 bucks. Wasnt sure what the job included so i asked for a simple wash on the outside. Some people expect show room quality, you dont know what the workers are given or what chemicals they use so if you want show room quality, go somewhere else. As for a quick clean they get it done! read more

Rude Service! I came to Key West by car and our car was obliterated by the bugs on the way down the Turnpike so I needed a car wash as soon as I got here. I wanted a self-service car wash but there is nothing like this in Key west and there are few alternatives so I went here because they were closest to my hotel. Everyone knows the process of washing a car .....wash, rinse, dry. Simple. I noticed that they were drying my car and they missed a large spot on the bottom of my car. I was polite and brought the spot to the attention of one of the guys before they continued any further with drying (saving them additional work). I wasn't rude at all when I pointed it out. The other guy that was helping the guy that I told about the spot rudely told me that they weren't finish with the car and that I should go inside and sit down in a very rude way. They were having a good conversation while they were washing my car and I bet they missed the spot while talking to each other. Once they brought me the keys to my car, the spot was still there even after I told them about it. The guy handed me a washcloth and told me to wash the spot myself! Seriously? They charged me $25 for something that their advertising for $20 on a large sign over their business. read more

I've used these people for some years. I started with the last owner and he was great and the work was amazing. We just had our truck totally detailed inside and out by the new owner. We're very, very pleased. They made this truck look brand new and I didn't think it was possible. The prices are reasonable and the quality is excellent. As always, one should get a quote up front and then verify that you're both on the same page when you bring the vehicle in. read more

Took my wife's car here. I was quoted 120 for a detail over the phone but when i got there they told me 140... let me mention that her car is a small corolla and only a year old so it wasn't even that dirty. When i picked it up the car looked fine but nothing special i could've had it look the exact same if i took it to a car wash and paid 20 bucks. I expected a detail for 140 for the car to look show room quality when i pick it up but instead it was just clean and had smudges in it. Not happy. Won't be back. Recommend looking into other places read more
