4 minutes ago New…read moreAfter reading all of the great reviews, I had high hopes for this company. Now I'm wondering if perhaps most of the reviews are fake, as they don't represent my experience at all. I run a small business and I reached out in early April to see if Stephanie was taking new clients. She said that she could help me. Things started off great, as I was promptly sent a link to upload my documents. After reviewing my files, Stephanie said that she would need the help of a colleague to complete my return. I agreed, and we filed an extension. Now, two months have passed. I've reached out to Stephanie multiple times over text and I've left voice messages. She has not returned a single one of my calls, aside from the initial one, and she waits days, to get around to responding to texts, if she responds at all. She has blamed her colleague for not reaching out to me, and takes no responsibility herself. After wasting hours uploading documents and trying to work with her, I've come to realize that she has no intention of completing my taxes. This is beyond disheartening, and has added tons of stress to an already stressful situation. I expressed my concerns to her multiple times over the past few weeks, while trying to resolve this issue, but she doesn't seem to care. Her website mentions a "hero discount." I'm a veteran, but that doesn't seem to matter. Her services mention, "small business up to corporate" but she couldn't manage to figure out how to file for my business, which is definitely a small business. The claims that are made on her website don't reflect my experience with her. Please beware that you are taking a risk if you decide to go to her for your taxes.

She'll explain the results and everything will be clearly summarized in writing, then neatly packaged with your original documents, copies of tax forms and any other pertinent documents regarding your filings. I highly recommend Walters Tax and Financial Services.

Her statement, "that will never happen". I do NOT recommend this company due to apparent mismanagement and conduct, they are unprofessional, and lack of quality customer care. I see your reply which not correct. I call and formally addressed some serious concerns regarding the preparation of my recent tax return. I noticed after the fact that certain charitable contributions and other expenses were included in my return that I did not authorize or provide any documentation for. These inaccuracies are not only incorrect but could also pose compliance risks. Additionally, the time claimed to have been spent on the return does not align with the nature of the communication and the information I actually submitted. I attempted to discuss this with you previously, but unfortunately, I felt that my concerns were dismissed without being properly addressed. I had to have another tax professional thoroughly review and correct my return immediately to reflect only the information I personally provided. I request a refund of the additional cost to amend my tax return which is appropriate in is this matter. I trust that you understand the importance of accuracy and professionalism in tax matters, and I hope this does not happen to anyone else.
