Crystal and Mike agreed to look at it and we dropped it off on Tuesday and we picked it up three days later on Friday. They had to rebuild the carb as the float was sticking. Kudos for getting us in and the boat running. Great customer service and Mike always explains what the problem was and makes time for his customers. We will be back again!

Upon entering the park, I was told I would have to pay $20 to retrieve my broken boat. I couldn't believe it. I've had to be towed to a launch ramp one time in the past. The compassionate employees at Topock 66 understood my dilemma and let me quickly recover my boat with no charge. I guess they figured I'd already had a bad enough day. No such luck at Needles Marina. So much for common decency. The $20 they made on me that day has lost them the hundreds of dollars I spend there on my two annual trips. Unconscionable.
