A few more days go by and I call again and the woman who answered put me on hold, came back and said she was going to call the distributor to track down the part. That SAME AFTERNOON a different woman calls and says they have the part ( Lie#1) but wouldn't be able to install it until the following Monday (this was Thursday). No problem... until my husband calls to confirm that they are coming on Monday. Nope, because they only come to Vicksburg on Fridays. Lie# 2. They do come Friday, but 2 hours later, the fridge is not working again. We call them the same day and are told they will not be able to come out again for another 10 days...another Monday. I call on that Thursday to confirm (had to leave a message) and got no call back until Monday morning, where I was told, yes, they will be here. My husband took the day off, waited ALL DAY and no one showed up. He called the office, was hung up on. He called back and was told the repair person had scratched us off the list because he he said it had already been fixed. Lie# 3. We are then told it will be another 10 days to send someone out. What kind of this business are these people running? Disorganized doesn't even touch it. These are people who don't care about their customers. AVOID USING THIS COMPANY!

The issues I was having previously have returned. I'm very frustrated and don't want to deal with them again. I should have known better when the responding tech took less than 5 minutes to mutter, "This heater is bad. This is not a good brand," despite my previous heater being only 4 years old. I contacted Coleman's A/C Heating & Appliance Repair seeking a professional who would listen carefully to the issues I'm describing and offer sound advice/solutions on how to proceed. I expected to hear back from Coleman's within a day or two. But my inquiry was responded to quickly. The technician was friendly, listened, and we discussed what could be done to get my hot water going again. It was suggested I contact the company that performed the install since I'm still under warranty. But it was such a negative experience with an inattentive, apathetic tech that I'd rather cut my losses and allow Coleman's to care for my unit. I will follow Coleman's advice. But at the first sign of indifference or rudeness by that other company, I'll call Coleman's out to fix my heater.

His idea of fixing it was to take a piece of wire and tie the drain hose (which was dry) to prevent water from backflowing into the dishwasher. Then told us to monitor and log when the dishwash was dry or had water in the bottom. Totally unprofessional. Which the dishwasher still had standing water after washing a load of dishes. In the future, I will go buy a new appliance before using A-1 Appliance to repair anything.
