My father passed suddenly and while we were in shock, we could have easily been convinced to spend more, but Robbie and his team took the time to learn about my daddy, what kind of person he was and what he valued, and assisted accordingly - a simple, less expensive casket, etc. that potentially kept them from making as much money. They gladly accommodated his wishes of not being buried in a suit, even though it created more work for them to have his arms showing in a polo. It's been almost three years since they helped with the passing of my father, and I just called them to see if they'd share some resources they provided to my family for a friend who just lost her dad. The answer? "Of course, I'll email that to you in just a moment." No question of where that friend lives or who is doing the services (potentially a competitor), just them caring for those who are mourning and doing everything they can to help. I couldn't recommend this place more.
