I've always managed to get an appointment if not with my doctor then with a doctor within the centre. And the staff from reception/admin to the nurse up to the doctors are friendly and basically do not treat you as a number but takes the time to give you the best service they can! This is an NHS medical centre and will take new patients within their area.

Took my elderly neighbour to the practice yesterday, and saw Dr. Pang…read more she was so caring and helpful. she wanted him to go straight to A and E at Epsom. I took him as the ambulance people were on strike. She gave a letter for reception, so when we got to A and E we went straight through to resuscitation unit and didn't have the 4 hour wait that showing on the board. first class all round.

When you do arrive you can book in electronically, and go and sit down when you are called either by the consultant or you are a local patient, and can find your way, through the honeycomb of passage ways and doors, to your appointment!
