I've done the box box experience at least twice. Each time the installed, they did a quick run through of the system and then they're gone. Return trips for questions or minor corrections were $99 minimum. My installer, Jess, after installing the system actually taught me how to use the system and then set up scenarios to test me on what I had retained. When he left, I knew how to use the system. I didn't have that with the big box stores. It may have cost a little more but wouldn't you want to know how to use what you purchased? My salesman , Jeff, did not try to push anything on me but showed me multiple options and costs.. This is the place to go!!!!
