The Maids charges premium provides for an inadequate service. We paid $650 for a first time…read morecleaning fee only to have a toilet not cleaned and numerous other committed items unattended to like cleaning under furniture and walk in closet floors. They did come back to attend to those items but the supervisor was not happy about having to return. During our next service there were numerous spots in the house that were not clean including-- dust/dirt on the stairs, areas where the floor had dust bunnies, closet floor not cleaned again, tooth paste on the bathroom sink. I supplied pictures of the uncleaned areas. A team returned the next day to clean the spots, only to find out that the quote we received from the owner included cleaning of many items the cleaning crew wasn't aware of. They did touch up a few spots, but again did not clean the closet floor even after a picture was supplied. After supplying all of this feedback and asking to cancel our service the company didn't even try to retain our business or fix the situation. After spending nearly 1K on cleaning, we couldn't be more disappointed with this service.

Meg texted they would be here at 7:30, so I got up early to walk the dog, etc. At 7:30 she texted claiming they didn't have my address. First, they should have been there by that time. Second, the first text in the thread literally had my address. I could still see it. Meg showed up with three others. They were in and out in an hour to the tune of $210 and did a terrible job cleaning (see photos). I had to go back and clean it all myself. The mop pad is me mopping after they left. The next photos - left the sink stopper in the sink. The next three are grout that didn't get cleaned in the shower, but as you can see from the toothbrush I used in the next photo, it came off easily. All that had to do was try. Water spots on the handles wiped right off as well. And when I sent the photos, all she did was make excuses. She offered a reclean but since we had a guest arriving the next day, that wasn't an option. I do not recommend this company.

She then tried to say that somebody called us and it went to voicemail but there was no message, call or email. We never received any sort of communication.
