I found them…read moreincredibly wonderful with my animals at each and every visit, even when my current one was massively ill and they invited me to be with her to help her while she recuperated in the cages. I don't understand the negative reviews here as I have seen over a dozen different vets there these past 8 years and every one of them was respectful, detailed, conscientious, well informed and VERY professional. Their opening hours are very extensive - early mornings to very late at night and the staff is wonderful. If you have a pet in the area, this is the place to bring them when ill or to keep their immunisation topped up.

We are informed only two hours before our dog will be delivered home, but according to the vet report, my dog was hurt a few days ago. No apology or explanation are given to us, and we are asked to pay the bill for the vet. I tried to talk to them a few times by email and phone but they are like disappear forever. My dog s hair are unbrushed for the whole boarding period (one month), hairs are snarled up. We are really disappointed and upset for their not taking any responsibility.
