I don't know why such a accident would happen, we are very upset and angry for their service. Our dog are returned with very serious injury all over his mouth, paws and legs. We are informed only two hours before our dog will be delivered home, but according to the vet report, my dog was hurt a few days ago. No apology or explanation are given to us, and we are asked to pay the bill for the vet. I tried to talk to them a few times by email and phone but they are like disappear forever. My dog s hair are unbrushed for the whole boarding period (one month), hairs are snarled up. We are really disappointed and upset for their not taking any responsibility. read more

WARNING! This place is not what it makes out to be.The pictures shown are far from reality.The reality is that animals are caged for long periods of time.They are not exercised.I picked my dog up from a day stay.He was thirsty(heat stressed) & busting to go to the toilet.He had a limp.He was traumatised.I have no doubt he suffered while he was there.Don't make the same mistake as i did. read more
