With 14 years of clinical experience, she is licensed to practice in Nova Scotia as an active member of the Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine Association of Nova Scotia and the Nova Scotia Association of Osteopaths. Jacqueline graduated from the Canadian Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Calgary, Alberta, earning her designation as a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine, DTCM, and a Registered Acupuncturist, R.Ac. After completing her program and passing the PAN-Canadian board examinations, she pursued an internship at the Mianyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Southwest China. There, she deepened her understanding of the principles and practice of Chinese medicine. Driven by a desire to explore the interconnectedness of the body through different perspectives, Jacqueline pursued her studies further at the College of Osteopathic Studies in Halifax. Upon completion of the five year program, she earned her designation as an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, D.O.M.P. Jacqueline’s treatment philosophy is rooted in a holistic approach, focusing on understanding each individual’s unique needs and providing personalized care. Both TCM and osteopathy share the principle of addressing the root cause of dysfunction, aiming to resolve the heart of the issue.
