I called, and they were business…read morelike on the phone, but they now have a policy that if a prescription can't get filled in 10 days, they just automatically cancel the order. Wow... I know the medication I am trying to get is hard to come by, but I wish I knew their new policy. I just lost another week because I didn't realize it was canceled! Also, when I do get the meds, the staff always treat me like they are doing me a favor. Hum, I thought I was the customer and that my business is the reason they are still open.
