I have been going to Stacey for almost a year now to treat pre-hypertension. Since my regular sessions with her, my blood pressures have all been within a healthy range. And I feel, after each session, an amazing sense of well-being and relaxation. My sessions with Stacey have been helping me cope and stay well despite an extremely busy lifestyle. I love the keen attention to detail, compassion and healing touch she brings to each interaction....and as an RN myself, I have high expectations. Stacey goes above and beyond. Also, her office is always spotlessly clean and inviting. I highly recommend Stacey for acupuncture and massage!

I was referred to Timur by my doctor at NY Bone and Joint Specialists for a sports related neck…read moreinjury. After a few months of PT which was not providing the hoped for relief, I decided to give acupuncture a try (this was my first time ever!). While the neck is a tricky thing to treat, I have noticed a significant improvement in general muscle soreness and stress relief. At this point, I have been seeing him 1-2x/week for almost a year, and plan to continue for my general wellness in the future, even when my neck is fully better. Timur is really the best! He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable, thorough and personalized with the care that he gives. Each visit starts with a holistic assessment of how my week has been and other factors that my influence my condition, which allows him to tailor treatments. I really appreciate that he explains everything in detail and patiently, and answers all my questions! Timur is very passionate about his craft and that shows through in every visit. Now I'm curious to see how acupuncture will work as a natural remedy for other things that arise.

From muscular pathologies to emotional imbalances, Timur's treatments have been extremely helpful for me and have continued to improve my health even after the session is over. In the few days following a treatment, I feel increasingly balanced and refreshed. I also appreciate that Timur uses a minimal amount of needles to treat internal disharmonies so as not to drain the client's energy. As a massage therapist myself, I am very picky about my bodywork practitioners. I have recommended Timur to many people and they have all raved about his work. In addition to being a very talented acupuncturist, Timur is also a wonderful person. He is an amazing listener, which I think is a very important part of being a healer and he truly cares about his patients. Highly recommend a treatment from him!

I've been suffering from Lyme disease and Babesia (both tick-borne infections) which make joints and muscles very sore & knotted and cause flash fevers and tinnitus as well. I'm seeing a Lyme specialist in CT and an internist--both suggested that acupuncture could really help me. I was pretty skeptical--and wrong. Christy reached out to her professional acupuncture network and checked out various approaches to helping me with my pain. I'm seeing a Lyme specialist in CT and an internist--both suggested that acupuncture could really help me. For me, Christy suggested several release points for the fevers and related issues, and then set out to release the cramping muscles that have been nagging me for years. This type of treatment is really like a deep-tissue massage but without all the pressure and pounding! I felt immediate release, and most importantly, when I woke up the next morning--no tinnitus! It has since come back as my neck and shoulder muscles have retightened, but a second treatment had a similar effect. I'm not crazy about the whole needle thing, but she is gentle, confident and professional which frankly makes me feel ok with her putting needles in all kinds of places my self-preservation instinct tells me I shouldn't be! Christy is also a massage therapist and yoga instructor--her treatments are not "fluff and buff" style cosmetic massage, they're substantial and therapeutic. I've already recommended her to some friends.

Acupuncture has helped it significantly, but even those treatments have reached a plateau. Turns out, it's an adhesive tissue, probably from years of not addressing it properly.
