Today, I asked for a nacho with light queso. The guy says it can't be too late because the it's just a bowl and people advantage. So I change my order to a bowl. Whatever! I check the app and it's the same cost regardless, and the app offers me a choice of no queso. Makes me crazy. Anytime we stop there, we have some sort of issue. I ordered two bowls online about 2 hours before closing, thinking that was more than enough time for decent quality food. Apparently not. One bowl was missing beef and queso entirely. The second bowl had absolutely no flavor no seasoning, no queso, nothing. Just bland ingredients thrown together. To top it off, both bowls were cold. The lack of quality control, attention to detail, and basic care is honestly shocking. I spent $25 on two meals that were incomplete, flavorless, and cold. I tried calling the restaurant to address it and no one even answered. If this is how online orders are handled, something seriously needs to change. Extremely disappointing experience. Food poisoning: Ate at this restaurant on Wed 12/25/25 around 4:30. Ordered quesadilla and queso. This was my only meal of the day. Later that night around 1:00, I woke with nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. I called the store on 2 days later to make a complaint and to make them aware of what happened. The assistant manager answered, after understanding my complaint, quickly passed me off to the manager, who did not event take the call but immediately hung up. I immediately redialed (3 times) multiple times but they would pick up. I called another store to get the district manager number but they would not give it out. At this store they at least to my name and number and said I would receive a call, but i never did. read more

Good place to go for fast and casual Mexican food. Located in South County mall you can access from inside or outside. The service here is friendly and fast. At times, they have a line of 5-7 people and it moves quickly! I have had salads and burrito bowls at this location and both have been fresh. There is a dining section with tables and booths and also a patio for outdoor seating as well. I also like that they have a few 1-2 person seating options which is nice so you dont have to take up the few larger tables. I like that Qdoba is a food option in the mall because it is nice to be able to avoid the overcrowded food court! read more

I walked in with no one in line and was not greeted the man standing at the counter continued to do whatever he was doing without acknowledging I was there. This was by far the biggest waste of money I have ever spent. I ordered 3 tacos to go. It looked like someone slapped my tacos together in 2 seconds. They were swimming in a pool of sour cream (when I specifically asked for light sour cream) and by pool I mean there was so much sour cream it was basically soup. The tortillas were completely broken apart. One taco only had 2 little pieces of chicken and the rest was sour cream and guacamole inside the taco. Been there several times. Every time has been a bad experience. Will never go back to this location, doubt Qudoba in general. One star is extremely generous for this location. The incident yesterday was the proverbial straw. Ps. Tell your workers when the printer prints and they fall onto the floor. Don't pick them up off the floor and continue to make food. If there is a mask mandate for indoor spaces by the county. Pretty sure that apples to employees too. Only one out of four wearing a mask. Another did put one on but left their nose hanging out. Two others stood over food breathing and talking without masks. These two were not working the line. Now when I think of Qudoba, this location is what sticks in my mind! My 3 cheese nacho bowl was a terrible disappointment. I ordered cilantro as a topping but got about 1/3 of my bowl filled with lettuce throughout the entire bowl. I didn't order lettuce for my bowl. Tonight, I had two steak tacos from the Craft 2 menu they now offer. If I was on a diet, which I'm not, then this is the menu for you. There is not much to the items on this menu. Worst food ever received from Qdoba! Absolutely NO QUALITY in preparing! My husband ordered the steak burrito WITH NO STEAK! I ordered "my usual" which WAS steak nachos and I had a few pieces of unidentifiable meat. Other than that, it was slopped together. I am not picky when it comes to looks as long as it tastes good BUT I literally could not eat because it tasted horrible! Both dinners (junk) were thrown in the trash basically intact. I would rather forego my dinner this evening than be subjected to garbage that could possibly make me ill= not taking that chance. Stopped by yesterday around 5 pm and the worker came to the door and told us they were closed early due to technical difficulties. Stopped here for a quick lunch between basketball games. We were able to order, but our food was cold and not much taste. The rest of our group was behind us. After waiting for 10 minutes they asked if someone was going to take their order. They were told they were preparing family orders and it would be 15 minutes before they would. There were several people in line not just people in our group. They asked to speak to the manager and some young girl said she was the assistant manager spoke up very rudely and said they were all busy on the family orders and wouldn't be waiting on their in face customers until they were done. The manager finally came out and said basically the same thing. Instead of having one or two people helping in-person people, they chose to all work on orders of people not there. Several people walked out very irritated and the employees didn't care. I asked for the owners name and phone number and was told it was on the website. This was my first time at a QDOBA and I loved it! My boyfriend and I stopped by to get burritos to go and we were both really surprised by how much we liked it. I found them online and decided to order and the choices were really awesome. They have different types of quesos and the meat is very flavorful. The workers there weren't ecstatic or looked very happy to be there but we did get a great portion so I'm not complaining.
