We stopped here to grab a quick bite of something we know. It was a little disappointing. I don't want to be too critical but the line look a long time to move as there was only one worker working until the manager stepped in to help check people out. Professional but nothing to friendly. I am trying to give them some slack due to the possibility someone called off and left them short. The place was clean and had plenty of seating. The food was tasty except for the burnt chips which we paid extra for. The portion size was the biggest issue. We ordered 3 bowls and they all were about half of what we normally get from just about every other place we have been. So don't expect to leave overly full. read more

Customer service was good. First I want to say there's a reason why I always try to avoid fast food if possible. I'm in town for work and wanted something quick nearby my hotel. The lady who assisted me was nice. I placed my order and told her I wanted to go with the bowl. As she went down the line preparing it. About time we get to the veggies it was empty. She didn't proceeded to the back to prepare the vegetables. Wow they are cooking. I'm waiting in. My bowl is getting cold. I asked if she can remake it. She said that was fine. Once the veggies came, I asked her again if she could start over. She had to check with her manager. Then the manager Was trying to see what I needed. They all look confused as if it was an issue. I told the manager that I didn't want the bowl because the food in the bowl probably was getting cold while the vegetables was cooking. Once the young lady started to remake my bowl some of the rice was mixed up. I told her I was particular and that I didn't want the rice mixed up.... She did say something a little slick. I didn't really worry about it. Didn't she apologize right after. And I hate the fact when food has been sitting in the workers don't at least stir it up so it could look fresh. I love Qdoba. I miss having one nearby and so now, it has become a destination restaurant when we go on trips. Believe me when I say it pains me to say this location missed the mark. My husband said his tacos had no flavor, and the guy who assembled my burrito bowl was so stingy with the toppings you'd think he paid for them himself. I asked politely for more when he gave me literally 3 slivers of pickled onions for a whole bowl and he seemed put out by this request. So I paid full price for what was basically a burrito bowl half full. It was a bit of a let down compared to other locations. Still, better than no Qdoba at all I suppose. read more

We placed a mobile order for chips and queso, that's it. It took 30 minutes for the order to even be completed, and once completed they left it behind the work counter (not the order pickup rack) and let us stand there waiting for another 10 without asking us what we were waiting for or offering help. Eventually I had to ask the employee about our order and she handed to us from the stand it had been sitting at for 10 minutes. Great service, super kind employee working the line, I wish I got her name. She offered for me try things I wasn't sure about before putting them on my bowl, gave me salsa ingredient info so I knew exactly what I was eating - all without me asking which I really appreciated, and was super personanable. Chipotle has always been my #1 fast food mex restaurant, but Qdoba has vegan beef, an amazingly thick and delicious jalapeño cilantro dressing, veggie fajitas that are perfectly seasoned and crunchy, picked red onion, and the option to put extra cilantro on your bowl. Kinda hard for Chipotle to be my favorite after my experience tonight. The restaurant had a large indoor seating area, was clean and stocked, and I saw an employee cleaning up a table right after a couple of people left - always a sign of a great restaurant in my opinion. Last week was my first time ever being at a Qdoba's. The place was clean the staff were great and the portion sizes were generous. The bowl I ordered was delicious. The staff I spoke to were patient, kind and cheerful. I will definitely eat there each and every time I am in the area. They are always super friendly, fast, and accurate. My favorite QDOBA for sure! Definitely a good spot for when you get off the highway.

I usually don't have many complaints at this store but the past few times I have been there it hasn't been the greatest. I ordered 2, 3 cheese nachos with steak and got very little steak on it. Then, when I asked for rice and beans and got about a half scoop of both. The employees didn't seem very happy at all and didn't seem very friendly. I also had asked for sour cream and there wasn't much on it so I asked for extra and I didn't get a friendly look when doing so. Yuck. I am visiting town for work and took a burrito bowl to go with a side of guacamole to my hotel. There was a HUGE chunk of avocado pit in my guacamole. I have no idea how someone could have accidentally missed a piece that large when making guac. That made me really not want to eat the rest because if they're that careless with the guac, who knows what's contaminating the rest of the food. Every time I order something from here I'm shorted at least one item. The food is good but the customer service is horrible. On 2 separate occasions I called and the person answering the phone was rude and short with me. I called to have someone bring out my order (like it says on the window) and I was given an attitude about them bringing it to me. She finally (with an attitude) brought out my order after I told her I had a 2 year old in the car sleeping. Not that the reason I asked her to bring it should matter. read more

I have to start by saying I love Qdoba and eat there frequently. Because I enjoy the food, I'm giving two stars instead of one. I typically only leave reviews to give positive feedback. That said, I would not return to this particular Qdoba. We walked in and stood in front of the counter, waiting to order, the staff just kept talking amongst themselves and ignored us. This went on long enough for my boyfriend and I to wonder if they were even open. The manager was working the line and he acted as if we were bothering him. At one point he messed up the options in my burrito and huffed when I corrected him. When my burrito was almost complete, he announces that their truck hadn't come and they had no guacamole. We would have appreciated it if he told us that before we ordered. He was so visibly irritated to wait on customers - he clearly is in the wrong profession. read more

An employee "Kelly" cussed me out and used aggressive body language to intimidate me because I asked her not to put vegetables in my bowl after she had dropped them. This restaurant is simple easy and you're in and out in a flash. There are absolutely no issues here so far and if you're looking for a healthier quickfix then this is your place! However, it is not cheap by any means. If you're looking for cheap then I suggest sticking to the dollar menu! Probably the worst service I've EVER had. The guy in front of me got bitched at for asking for sour cream on his "premade taco" and was told if he wants to add stuff he should build his own. Then I got a snotty girl making my bowl who acted like I was a huge pain in her ass for asking for queso in my bowl. She then proceeds to slam down the sour cream which sprays on my shirt and hair. Let me start by saying that I like Qdoba and frequently go to many of their locations. I have been to the Gaylord location several times and this is by far one of my least favorite locations. I typically make it in 30-45 minutes before closing time and every time they have the seating area cleaned and the chairs stacked on the tables so that you don't stay there to eat. I understand getting stuff ready, but not at the cost of making customers feel like you don't want them there or they are a bother. Another common occurrence is having a manager on the Sunday evening shift be very short and annoyed with you no matter how polite you are being. I have had this manager help me a couple of times now and he is miserable and it comes across. This certainly transfers to the staff which is super unfortunate. Not being acknowledged by anyone when you get the the ordering area is common. When they do acknowledge, again it feels like you are bothering them. As far as the food, it is good and you know what to expect. read more
