Had a shed moved, found the underneath was rotted, Leon was able to still move it safely. He took his time and went over and beyond with guiding me on what I should do next to repair the shed. RUN AWAY or be VERY CAREFUL with this compnay…read more Colonial is too big to pay attention to the important details and their customer service is not responsive. Our challenges started with pieces that were not cut to spec and had to be returned. Shoddy work on the edges and finishes compounded our frustration. Pieces were installed crooked and had to be fixed by our contractors. Add in poor communication from the sales and customer service teams and it's obvious Colonial does not care about their customers. I will choose someone who does next time.
