RS was brand new and their location was fantastic! I was greeted by Lindsey who is so talented and extremely accommodating. I already had designed what I wanted and was very specific on what I wanted the final outcome to be. Of course I wanted the sign immediately to start generating traffic to my new salon. Worst experience I have ever witnessed. I received an email stating my package was dropped off. the…read moregentleman didn't even attempt to ask what my name is, or tracking number. he said they don't have it. how did he even know. didnt attempt to help whatsoever and was extremely disrespectful. this tall white bearded gentleman just wanted to dismiss and avoid doing his job. I then proceeded to mention I needed to also mail something off. he then asks for my ID. was in a hurry and only had my military ID at the moment and without hesitation says they don't take a GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID! like how is that possible when it says online you do?!?! he said it's policy. this guy literally is a waste of space and wants to part in providing customer service. I will not stop reaching out until this gentleman is fired. making up rules to avoid helping.

When we got there, we realized that we needed some adjustments in the original program we had brought to them. Their customer service was amazing. They worked with us until they figured out a way to print our program. The finished product was beautiful, perfect! And not only that it was 1/3 the price that was quoted to us earlier in the day at a big box type of printing store. We could not have been happier or more thankful that we came to Evergreen!! They have excellent service and professional products.

I bought in a print to frame last week and was told the frame I picked would be there in 2 days. I…read morego to pick it up today & no frame & of course it's not done then! It was supposed to be a surprise for my husband for our 10th anniversary. I am so disappointed in this place, didn't even call to tell me it wouldn't be done when promised! I was going to have something else framed for his birthday, but this place has lost a customer. So they fixed the mistake, I got a metal frame put on for now & when the wood one comes in I don't have to pay anymore. Essentially I'm getting the wood frame at half price. It remains to be seen if I use them for my next order.
