The office staff is incredible - Dawn and Karin have been there longer than when I started going, and they are also incredibly kind and helpful and dedicated to this practice. This office really provides the personalized one-on-one care you hope for, and I'm grateful that I'm able to use my insurance there. The biggest difference in the treatment I receive here is it is mostly hands-on care to treat pain (cupping, dry needling, starting off by laying on large heated table, ultrasound therapy, etc), vs others have been focused on doing exercises the majority of the visit. I've had good experiences generally at those practices too, but never received any of the services I receive here at those places. Terry has shown me some things I can do at home to help, and your mileage may very with how your treatment is because he really does tailor to the individual's needs. There are also 3 other physical therapists there, but I've only ever seen Terry, but I'm sure just by being part of the team they are also great to see. As he has even put on his website, shop around because it's your body and your money! So include Grapevine PT in your choices of places to try to find the best fit for your needs, you'll probably end up choosing them for most or all of your care!

When I asked the front desk if they would accept a patient who was 45 minutes late, they said they don't even allow someone who's 15 minutes late. Yet somehow, it's fine for them to make us wait endlessly. That's not just inconsiderate -- it's disrespectful. I understand that some patients take longer than expected, but this level of delay and poor communication shows zero respect for the people waiting. Doctors expect patients to value their time, but clearly don't value ours. Completely unprofessional. Precision needs to do much better.

After a while one starts to develop a sense of which doctors are truly gifted and which are just going through the motions. Dr. Wenger is definitely the former (truly gifted). I would happily recommend him to anyone, right after he fires his entire billing staff. As a result of their billing error I am now faced with an extra $1200 bill to TIOS and the overwhelming task of trying to get a refund from the surgery center. When I went to the office to discuss the error they gave me the tired old excuse of "the office manager is in a meeting". When I talked to the billing department, their excuse was "it's not our fault" "it's your insurance's fault" and "if the hospital owes you a refund you'll have to talk to them, it's not our faut". While it may not be "your fault" it IS certainly your problem because now you have created an angry patient who just told the entire world about his horrible experience with TIOS.
