I contacted the phone number provided and received a text back with a quote within 20 min for an I interior detail on a Toyota Sequoia. The gentleman was polite and professional and gave me a quote and an appt time. He stated up front that of the car was "really bad" it would be extra but he would let us know when he evaluated the car. Very clear, up front and honest. The work ended up being a bit extra but only $25 more and this was clearly stated. The work was FABULOUS! The car looks spotless and smell fantastic! He was able to get of sticky kids stains and crumbs out of the gear shift! There was one pen spot on the passenger side that he was not able to get out but it looked MUCH better. So, I had my suv 2011 Ford Escape detailed Fall of 2015. Less than a week later... TOTALED my Escape. Insurance Adjuster told me it was 'the cleanest/spotless car he has ever seen' and that my car's value was on the top end of the spectrum (partially due to the cleanliness/detailing). It suck that I had a detailed car for less than a week, but the car LOOKED GREAT! Just got my current car, detailed, same great service.... but this time, no car accident! Also i have had my family's cars detailed at other places in the area... QC Detail did a superb job on my 2008 Prius at an economical price. First I had them de-oxidize the left headlight lens. Wow. It came out sparkling and clear looking as a good as the new headlight on the right side. Second I had them take out the pesky dog smell. Some time ago I had a dealership try to eradicate the odor but their efforts only masked the dog smell for a few days. Kurt ran his deodorizer through the air conditioner he said and let the car sit for 24 hours. It did the trick and the car is neutral smelling now--well, maybe it smells a bit like the interior detail cleaners and shampoo. Third I also had them detail the interior: awesome. The seats were grubby and the drivers seat was spotted. They managed to make the upholstery pop and look fresh. Impressive. Finally, they worked the outside dull gray and it came out bright and shiny. Next time I'll ask if they offer a compound rubbing service (I didn't ask) to tackle various scratches in the paint. I'd pay extra for that. Well spent dollars for excellent detailing. Highly recommended. read more
