He was additionally able to get me in promptly and we scheduled an appointment for Tuesday. The appointment occurred at my house which made everything a lot easier too. On the morning of the appointment Rick contacted me to let me know he was on his way and he arrived early. I wasn't home through the entire process as I had to work but he was in constant communication providing updates via text with photos. His quality of work and attention to detail is immaculate. I don't think I've ever had a car detail done with this much precision. The value you get for the time he spends doing the detail is non comparable. My 2007 Lexus while 16 years old, looks like a brand new vehicle inside. Rick also followed up the next day too which shows he goes beyond a quick business deal. I am extremely happy with his service, and highly recommend him.

There is only one machine, so you could face a wait time if you arrive at Xpress Tunnel wash and the dog wash is already occupied. Also, there are no towels, so plan on bringing your own, though the machine does have a drying cycle. The U Doggie Wash at Xpress Tunnel Wash is so much more convenient than the time consuming mess of bathing your pets at home! If you haven't been yet, you should definitely check it out.

One can choose from several different options depending on their price point and services desired. I got the 2nd from the highest and it was $40 a month. The corresponding wash is $8/piece so I would have to get 5 a month to break even which seems expensive and excessive but I went with it. Unfortunately, whenever I went, my pass never read on their system. The pass is a barcode affixed to your windshield that a camera can read, which has your wash details. This happened virtually every time I went and employees would record my information so it could be rectified but the issue was never solved, which was annoying and inconvenient. What really set me off though, was that my pass was never exactly fixed (I did get the washes but at the cost of time, since employees had to look my pass up, etc.) and when it came time to billing was when they called. Capital One recently purchased ING and caused me to have a new debit card number so without thinking my payment declined for this reason. The second the payment didn't go through, the management was calling but when I had an issue with my pass there was no follow up (issue lasted for months). If you want a pretty good wash, go here. But beware of the service of the rail pass.

I'm kinda picky about my car washes. This one came out just average. Credit card use at the self-wash was a welcome feature. Just remember to hit "stop" when done, or it will keep charging your card, giving the guy behind you a pleasant (albeit dishonest) surprise! Adequate pressure in the hose. Pre-soak did a good job. Bays were pretty dirty, though. The wax setting was a bit too thick on the wax, as it was hard to get off. Sorta rendered the spot-free rinse useless unless you power wash the wax off first on the rinse setting. Got home and it still had spots from the wax. Washed my Odyssey for $4.32. Not too shabby, but it would've cost more had I known I was supposed to power wash the wax off before spot-free rinse. All in all, I'd give it another try sans the wax setting...

As a senior living on social security, i can't afford your malfunctioning operations. and the vacuum left a lot to be desired, hardly any power there at all. shabby shabby shabby operation.
