For one, the pressure wand seems to be both active while not depressed, and very light on the output. For two, there's barely any foam on the foam brush. Two other tools were completely unusable. Ended up paying the same amount as full package automatic for a subpar wash. Not very good. Might be nicer if it had one of those air foamers tbh, but w/e. Gonna give this another look if I come across it again because I'm pretty sure it didn't even have any selector switch for soap/water/etc, but I might be misremembering. Come to think of it, is the air nozzle a "bring your own foamer" type of thing?? Unsure.

The work ended up being a bit extra but only $25 more and this was clearly stated. The work was FABULOUS! The car looks spotless and smell fantastic! He was able to get of sticky kids stains and crumbs out of the gear shift! There was one pen spot on the passenger side that he was not able to get out but it looked MUCH better. First, the woman working up front came out from behind the counter and followed my mom to the back. Then when she saw my mom reach for the hot water spigot, she asked skeptically, "Oh, you're just getting hot water?" Then the worker proceeded to stand there like an idiot and watch my mom until the carafes were completely filled. Then when my mom had to use the bathroom, and left the carafes with me, that same worker followed her into the bathroom to see what she was doing. After making and drinking our coffee, we came back in to look at the real estate ads in the newspapers. We took one of each over to the counter with the high chairs. As we tried to locate the classifieds, that same worker came over to bark at us that "You need to pay for those papers before you can read them!" We set them down and left - we figured, "let the sorry old biddy be a nuisance to someone else." Let me be clear: this was our first time EVER coming into this town--let alone this store. We were never treated this poorly at any of the Wisconsin locations we visited. If you need any supplies on a long journey, do NOT stop here, unless you want to be treated like a dirty criminal.

He was additionally able to get me in promptly and we scheduled an appointment for Tuesday. The appointment occurred at my house which made everything a lot easier too. On the morning of the appointment Rick contacted me to let me know he was on his way and he arrived early. I wasn't home through the entire process as I had to work but he was in constant communication providing updates via text with photos. His quality of work and attention to detail is immaculate. I don't think I've ever had a car detail done with this much precision. The value you get for the time he spends doing the detail is non comparable. My 2007 Lexus while 16 years old, looks like a brand new vehicle inside. Rick also followed up the next day too which shows he goes beyond a quick business deal. I am extremely happy with his service, and highly recommend him.
