A temporary crown was improperly secured and came off the following day while eating soft food. The permanent crown required remaking due to incorrect measurements, and several fillings began breaking apart within one day of placement. Because of these issues, I now need to seek care from another dentist to evaluate and correct work that was recently completed. I also experienced ongoing administrative and back-office issues that contributed to poor communication and errors during my treatment. The dental hygienist was professional and did provide good care. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location. I am pursuing review through my dental insurance and providing documentation from my current dentist regarding the condition of the work performed.

They were able to work with my schedule and expedite my retainer pick-up date to the same day since I am now stationed hours away.
