I heard something else in my attic they came with a drone found the whole immediately on the other side of the house and promptly fixed it. I couldn't be more thrilled at how quickly they responded to my small job versus the big jobs that they're used to getting. They arrived 3 hours later to do an inspection. David gave me an extremely informative breakdown of what the damage was and why it was leaking. He showed me the various types of roof types and shingle manufactures and the pros and cons of each. Although I knew he makes his money off commission and wanted to close the deal, I felt no pressure to sign anything. My girlfriend and I slept on it before calling them back the next day to finalize. They ordered the materials the same day. We were notified of all updates including when the materials would arrive, the process for installing a new roof, and what hours we should expect them to be working. Super stoked about the results although I was not happy with the color of the flashing. David sent out a worker to paint it for us the next day, free of charge. Excellent service....

I found SmartTech who immediately came out to assess the property that same day. They began working the very next day, redoing sections that had been done sloppily free of charge and explaining what they were doing each step of the way. What was supposed to take another 2-3 days was able to be finished by SmartTech in 1 day after the foreman asked the guys to stay a bit longer to finish the job. these people wasted my time. they came out, looked over my job took some measurements and never…read moreresponded after that. then they have the nerve to complain that i only leave one star reviews. it's not true. i gave them two stars because of the three bidders, they were the only one to actually take any measurements. they try to discount my review because i have left other one star reviews. less because i typically only leave negative reviews because there's so many horrible contractors out there. i feel people need to be warned. i also leave five star reviews for outstanding companies. i tend not to leave reviews for people in the middle. next, he claimed that they don't even service my area! then why did they come out to measure? the simple fact is a job wasn't big enough for them. i explained on the phone in advance what i needed. when the fellow came out, he was trying to tell me i needed other things done, which i didn't need done. period fine don't even come out then if the job isn't big enough. stay home. but don't question my integrity when you folks wasted my time. i took time off from work to wait for someone to show up, who showed up late, who never gave me a bid. vigorous hand gestures to you.
