We bought steaks, sausages, bacon, ground beef, and a brisket. The 2 filet mignons we bought were cooked that night and I was blown away by the quality. The flavor was so much better than any typical store bought meat. A couple nights later, we made burgers with the ground beef and it's unanimous that the flavor was so much better than any ground beef we'd ever had before. I absolutely can't wait to try the sausages, bacon, and especially the brisket, which will be smoked this coming weekend. Needless to say, I think we will be frequent customers at Kearn's Quality Meats because, well, their meat is top notch quality. Also, they have dogs that greet you, and how can you not like that?!

I got some fresh applewood smoked bacon which usually I'd cook on stovetop. After talking with owner for a while he reminded me to cook it in oven and let me just say I have been doing it wrong my whole life. The applewood smell in my house afterwards was like I just smoked it myself! Hands down one of the coolest guys I've talked to and for sure will be back to try everything else! Thank you
