Been getting pedicures for a very long time. Have always been happy. Always try to work me in. Clean, friendly, and courteous.

My sister and I had a great experience...very in tune with making sure we were comfortable and happy. Cant beat the prices either!

Bad experience. Made an appointment with the owner on the phone. Told him I wanted a manicure. He told me to come at 10:45 for a mani/pedi. When I told him I only wanted a manicure, he said to come at 11:25. I arrived at 11:20 and was told my appointment was at 10:45 and I missed it, they were booked up and could not help me. Very rude and did not try to work me in. It is too bad as Amy did a good job, but I was treated badly. Will not return! read more

I will never step foot in that salon again. The owner is simply rude, grouchy and treats customers with a complete lack of respect. The only reason I'm giving them two stars is that the wife is nice and does a great job with acrylic nails. His "cousin" is just as grouchy but does a good job if you can stomach the attitude. I, for one, say life is too short to put up with that kind of service. read more

I went to Q nails to hopefully get a new set of acrylics as mine grew out almost 4 weeks .... I got there and sat with Andy...To start he was extremely uninterested in even looking at me and wouldn't talk at all ... I believe he's the owner (first chair on the right) he wouldnt replace my acrylics and proceeded to chip and fill what he saw... I then asked why no new set and he stated I didn't need it and that it would cost alittle more.(which was fine with me.) He then refused to shorten them and I had to argue for that. I had picked a color and he grabbed the wrong color and after I noticed it was COMPLETELY different he still painted my nails and wanted me to set the acrylic under the light... I asked him to wipe it off and I picked a better color incase they labeled the other one wrong ... he AGGRESSIVELY wiped off the other color while still leaving some on my nails and I had to sit there and wipe the rest off myself before setting under the light . I left no tip as i Left in tears. He didn't even paint my nails all the way. i called back and got another appointment with another lady because my nails begun to snap off and chip few days later ... i got there for my appointment and he tried turning me away and thankfully Truc Chau was kind and took me but he wouldn't let her change my acrylics or color without charging additional $30... she was wonderful and I left her a tip for the fix ...but now my nails a few days later AGAIN have broken and I'm out the money. Made an appointment yesterday with Dang Nguyen and he was incredibly rude. I had very little polish on my nails and he kept drilling them unnecessarily. I asked him to use a buffer or file and he escorted me to another station. Drills are very hard on nails. It may be faster but will ruin natural nails. He was very unpleasant. read more

My daughter and I both had pedicures around 10:30a today. It's now 10:05p and both of us have chipped polish. I'm including a picture where you can see the chipping, as well as the loss of all polish on one of the nails. We sat under the dryer/light for 10 minutes after the service and did not engage in any activities that would warrant the polish being chipped. For $110, I expect the polish to last more than 12 hours. So disappointing. read more

We are local and this is my daughter and I's go to place for pedicures and manicures. I will admit they sometimes do not answer the phone but they are also busy. I do suggest calling right around 10am when they open. I also suggest paying up for a gel pedi so it doesn't chip. We've never had any issues. We also had both Paul and Amy for acrylics and their work is great. Highly recommend. It's also very clean if anyone is concerned with cleanliness. read more

Ok so I went here for the first time last week. I was looking for a good place to get my nails done. I wanted a dip powder because gel peels off of my nails. The place was clean and my nail tech was very nice. Unfortunately the polish is chipping off after a week. A dip usually lasts me at least three weeks. Okay so my friend Ella went here while I watched in the seats next to her. The guy came out and was immediately rude and didn't even smile once when she sat down. He rushed all his questions, and buffered her nails like he was drilling concrete. I've never had so much anxiety sitting in a chair seeing nearly tears from her eyes. His overall demeanor made her afraid to actually change anything or help make her happy. It did the opposite. I go every couple of weeks to get my nails done. They do fabulous work here!!!! My nails always last long, they don't chip and look great.

I am a person who visits the area each summer. I really want to like this place because they offer dip. Not many nail salons in the area do. The customer service is absolutely awful! I have had appointments each time I have had a dip manicure or pedicure. They are consistently running 30+ minutes behind their appointment times with no apologies. I get a babysitter to go get my nails done and running on time would be business like on their part and appreciated by me so I can plan with the sitter and not have to pay as much for the sitter. The manicures and pedicures are a 6 out 10. Things to know: 1) They charge 3% on top of amount owed if you use a credit card. 1a) They do not take checks. 2) The owner is an absolute jerk. (I would honestly like to use a stronger word than jerk here!) He is not friendly or appreciative of consistent and/or new business, and is unwilling to be apologetic for their lack of undesirable customer service. read more

I have been going to Q Nails for quite some time and wanted to share my experience, which has been outstanding. Paul did my deluxe pedicure yesterday and it would wonderful. Incredible foot and leg massage and my nails and feel look amazing. My over 1 hour deluxe pedicure was blissful. Further AI did my nails using dip -- this is my second time using dip by her. My last set looked perfect three week later and I have never been able to keep dip, gel or shellac on for more than a week. I am very impressed. I like the salon because it is family run and they are members of my community. I would definitely recommend. read more

The environment was very hostile. When my 2 daughters and I walked in, the man (owner) was unwelcoming. I almost felt as if we were intruding. Once we picked our colors, we were ordered to sit down at each station. It was very unclear when they were communicating to us to sit down. My nail tech drilled my old manicure off, soaked it in acetone for all of one minute, and then proceeded to drill my nails down to PAPER THIN and my nail beds were ACHING. While one of my daughter was getting her nails done, she watched the tools get cleaned with only water. No soap. My technician put on gloves and proceeded to pick up garbage off of her station, place in on top of her tool kit, and ultimately started my manicure with the same gloves on. My other daughter noticed a very dusty/dirty tool box while my nails were being done. The place is very unsanitary, and all of the staff were rude. I almost felt as if I was being punished for something, or it had to be personal. They charged $160 for all 3 of us, and there was no break down of each charge. And at this point, I was almost too intimidated to ask. This was hands down the worst nail place I have ever been to, with incompetent "technicians". read more

I was up north for a wedding. I called this place and made an appointment. I drove an hour to get there. The guy wasn't going to take me because he stated I didn't have an appointment. I informed him that there was a mistake made and that I know I made an appointment for that day. The man there didn't make me feel welcome at all. The guy that works there is very rude, the women that works there is nice but when I asked to get my nails a shape other than square he got irritated, scratched his head and sighed. Then he did it but it was really bad. I asked for my nails long because that's what I like, he then continued to make them short. Do not go here. They don't answer their phone, if they are closed for vacation then please leave a message on the answering machine. The pedicures are the bare minimum for top dollar. The nail techs do beautiful work and are friendly. read more
