These people are on a first name patients with their patients & not just the Doctors, the entire staff! Once we got in to her exam room, the Medical Assistant, Jesse was taking her vitals & I told him that my Grandfather passed away & if there was anything he could do to get us through the appointment fast, it would be greatly appreciated because his services were in just a few hours. This staff sprung in to action! Jeff Taylor, the Nurse Practitioner who she was assigned to came in to the exam room, looked straight in to her eyes and sincerely apologized for her loss. He addressed her pain and distress in a professional and compassionate manor & we were on our way in no time. On the way out, she was hugged and greeted by this wonderful staff. I live in Los Angeles and can't be with my Grandmother but I'm so grateful for this caring staff & feel relieved that they care for her so well. It eases my mind like you wouldn't believe. No but I do feel that it should be the receptionist's job or whoever's responsibility to make sure they get that information. Called the billing department, got it taken cared of by giving my insurance when I got billing. Then I started to get mail thinking it was a scam because I've already called and took care of billing by giving my insurance information that should have covered everything. Come to find out all billing information-pathology- was NOT sent to my insurance. And now I am going through the hassle to try to get ahold of pathology billing.

HORRIBLE experience here. My girlfriend had to pick up her referral here for an injury that a…read moredifferent doctor takes care of. while waiting to be called it took about 2/3 hours to get into the room plus another 45 mins for the anyone to actually come in to our room. when dr youseff finally came in he started yelling at my girlfriend about her treatment and tried to insist she needed a procedure done if she wanted the referral. As this doctors is a temporary thing bc of my gfs insurance we did not want this type of procedure done here. He forced her and yelled at her within 5 mins. Another nurse came with the same attitude and said " if we weren't getting the procedure we had to leave ". After the procedure is done bc she NEEDS the referral. the nurse that got us ; started getting louder in his voice when my gf was explaining to him that the doctor was treating her very unprofessionally. He then continued being very rude and yelled at us to stay in the waiting room. As we did he left the room we were in , slammed the door and said " these f*ing 20 year olds ". He then went inside the front office and started gossiping to the other nurses that my gf " was all crying ". YES OFC she's gonna cry bc a male doctor and a nurse were yelling at her when she was just trying to get the right information across. We went straight up to the desk after we heard him say that and asked why him and the other doctor were being so unprofessional. He then put on a act in front of the other two nurses who were not in the room while he was yelling at us. He then tried to make it seem like he was only asking us a simple question and not yelling. He became passive aggressive and we never got any apology from anyone who saw what was going on. NEVER COME HERE ( these were just the main events that occurred+ other stuff that was very very u professional this place needs to be shut down or investigated)
