The worst is the girl Lexie who yelled at my husband because he wanted to buy a whole pizza and she didn't feel like making it so she told him to just buy what slices were already there. And when I complained that the slushy machine was pure liquid on all flavors, she shrugged her shoulders. When my husband started to complain she actually yelled over him asking what his problem was! I told her I was going to file a complaint and she turned to me and said go ahead my name's Lexie as she held her name tag out. I will NEVER go back to that store or any of the ones Roger owns which is the one in Hoquiam on Lincoln St and the one on in south Aberdeen on Boone street.

I just moved back to Aberdeen and have been applying for work around town at various convenience stores and every time I talk to anyone at this particular store, they make me feel like they've been my friend for years even though I have never actually "met" any of them personally. I tell my friends that this seems like the best place to work because it's obvious the employees love working here, which proves they have an awesome boss. I've worked at four 7-Eleven stores over the years and none of them had employees that seemed to be this friendly or care so much about making you laugh or smile instead of just taking your money and sending you on your way. Sure, it's "only a 7-Eleven" but it's actually more than just that. It's also a place you will feel good about shopping at and will most likely tell yourself you WILL be back!

She kept referring to me as a man in dress. I asked politely for the managers name once, and she yelled for me to get out. I then left and came back with my peer counselors, and she yelled at both of us to get out. I asked if their were any other employees to speak with, and she pointed to the back, said yeah, and to have some fun. I explained to the person in the back, and they informed me to contact Gabe or Elliot and that the only way to get ahold of them is to keep calling every day until they randomly show up, and was told that the best thing to do is to call the number on the door because the managers and owners don't care. It's a shame, too, because living so close, I get to check in using the app and get awesome deals, and they have delicious hot food. I try never to go in there now as I just don't feel that it's safe and friendly, especially to a disabled trans female. I would not recommend this store at all and won't even share my referral code.

This is silly to review this place, but it really stuck out to me. The location and atmosphere (of the seating area off the store) are cute and they have a message board for all the guests to leave little notes. I never need worry if the cashier by the name of Corrie happens to be on this shift he is always welcoming and helpful. It's people like the first two who drive customers elsewhere. guess I'll head over to the Simpson 7/11 as I did last time I was ignored and the employee that night was excellent .
