Wow! Where to start! Fabulous all around!…read more We broke down on a Friday night at 7. Our water pump went out and we knew it was going to be hard to find a mechanic on a Friday night let alone a Saturday! Thankfully we had it towed to slates corner with in 5 minutes from calling a local towing businesses. Thankfully he could fix it! First thing Saturday morning he got the new water pump and began the repair. The kids and I sat in the store chatting with the owner Darletta and her daughter Lilly. They are amazing people, made my little family feel completely welcomed. Our car was fixed by noon and we were ready to head back on our first family vacation ! The cost of the repair was extremely cheaper then what we are used to. I could not believe the amazingly fast and friendly service we received! We will always stop for gas and snacks every time we drive on hwy 12 on our way to he ocean!

The gentleman that was there made sure that he washed everything with a brush quickly and then I went through the wash and I was surprised how great my car came out. Couple of issues the rinse cycle doesn't work all that well. I had a lot of soap still on my car after I had been through the rinse and the blowers. The other thing I noticed is it's used by a lot of elderly people and I could tell it was very confusing to them because the attendant have to go to them and assist them each time it appeared he was very polite so I have no concerns there. I would've given it five stars if it hadn't been for the excess soap that was left over on my car.

The staff at Andy's in Elma saved an old lady's day on Friday October 10th. I was driving my…read morehusband's Silverado when I realized I was having an oil emergency. I was helped by a young man that agreed to help me. The oil was gushing out of the oil filter, he directed me to Andy's. What a God's send! I pulled into Andy's and they immediately helped me. Calmed me down while cleaning up the mess my truck was making. They got right to work and fixed my problem and sent me on my way. They did allow me to hug them but I truly don't think they know how much I appreciated them. Their kindness and professionalism will never be forgotten. I can't recommend them enough! Thanks guys!
