Dear me where do I start. Well here goes. Purchased a new motorcycle from Quarry Bank Motorcycles in August 2008 and had problems almost straight away. The bike had a number of problems for 8 months at which point the engine fell out causing a lot of damage which Quarry Bank didn't completely repair. It became totally unrideable due to Quarry Bank sending it to us in an unroadworthy condition, namely the chain having a very dangerous and lethal split in it and the brake light stuck permanantly on(how can they get away with sending a bike out of their workshop in a condition that could kill a rider) Out of the 8 months it was only on the road for 5, most of the rest of the time it was in for repair under warranty. They constantly say they will phone to keep us informed but never did. The after sales service they offer is very poor. I have heard other tales about the service from this company, unfortunatly after I purchased from them. Never again. Definetly one to avoid. read more
