This place is a total joke. They had us buy 2 16' extensions and 1 14' only to cut them all right away. I had to get them fixed twice within a month and they blamed me even though I've gone there for 3 years and have purchased every product recommended. They have no idea what they're doing with bleaching and fried my hair to the point of me having to cut it off and then they refused to refund for the extensions as you can see, are not even close to looking correct. My bottom row completely fell out the first time I had to go fix it. The employees offer to come to your house for the same cost but no liability(what a joke) and their customer service is comical. This is a spa experience included in your regular service, and for the same price. the space is nice, bright ultraclean and well decorated. The girls that work here are well trained, kind and do a great job, I have been having Meyerling lately. The products are excellent quality and smell delicious. The place where you get your hair washed is quiet, lo light, relaxing and everybody speaks low. They deeply massage your scalp while washing your hair and when they apply the conditioner a hot towel wraps your head. While the conditioner is penetrating your hands and forehands get massaged with their wonderful creams. Try it, you will get hook up! read more

My hair is destroyed and I had a fairly bad experience here with a level five stylist that no longer works there. I mean I probably should've just gone somewhere else after the second time it was destroyed, I try to be nice about it and come back to try to get a text, but she ruined my hair. She disconnected the banks from the haircut, and I think she should've known better because I had another person do that before I came to the salon, and I had to wait months for that to go out, now I have bangs to the two short I'm gonna have to wait another few months for that to go out and this is completely and utterly unacceptable. What's worse is the salon basically told me that they don't have anybody any better, so they did give me a refund because they don't think they can fix it because apparently they don't have good hair Stylists, and when I called the manager was confused and it wasn't really her fault because the stylus had told her that I had seen somebody in between the haircuts which was completely untrue, so she had to call the stylus that no longer works there to confirm that basically she got all the information mixed up just like she got my haircut mixed up every time. I cannot stylist hair to anything resembling anything but unruly and falling all over the place and for an Aveda salon this is unacceptable. Yell the refund is not going to fix my hair, it's not going to grow back, my appearance is damaged buy this and I think I'm going to take it up with somebody because I'm not going to pay to have my hair destroyed I need to get a refund to go have it cut shorter when I wanted it cut the way it was I brought pictures I brought guidelines I brought a lot of things but I guess the stylus just wasn't able to do the haircut and I think she should've just told me that, I mean I went to the barbershop once and they looked at the haircut and said this is above our paygrade, we wouldn't wanna destroy your hair, but that way the salon was completely and utterly OK with disconnecting my haircut and destroying and then just connecting my bangs and ruining it. I thought my drivers license photo from when I arrive in Florida, in March, the other pictures are what my hair looks like when I try to stylet and then it just completely falls apart and I work in real estate and I can't walk around with hair like this, and the resolution was basically to give me my money and send me somewhere else so that I could roll the dice and hopefully somebody could do something with his dentist haircut, but I think that somebody should actually pay for destroying my hair and I think I'm going to take that matter up at this point because this is complete BS, I think maybe they're able to do women's haircuts and color, I really don't know, they have good reviews that's why I went there, but if you look at the photos you can see why I would never go back. read more

Loved my experience at this beautiful salon. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. It was my first time there and I felt very comfortable and just knew I was in good hands. I had a cut and blow with Diana - she is wonderful! Had great recommendations to fix up my dry hair. She was very sweet and friendly. Gave me the exact longbob haircut that I wanted. I normally am very uneasy getting my hair cut after the one time that it was butchered.... but here, I just knew I can trust her. Already booked my second appointment with her. Highly recommend! Also- since we are still in COVID season... they check temperatures at the door. Everyone wears a mask. All clients wait for their appointments outside. They also have hand sanitizers set up! I can say that I felt safe being there. I booked my color appointment (with Diana's suggested colorist) and I will be coming back next week for that. read more

My daughter made an appointment and specifically said cut only no blow and they noted that. She went for her hair cut and at the end they said do you want your hair blown and she said no to which they said it was included in the price for free at $70. She was shocked as the last time she was there she paid $70 because they said you had a cut and blow and that was the price, it was additional for the blow. 2 different stories from the staff there. The manager today was no helpful and was insistent on their policies and would not listen to my daughters side of it. There are no signs on pricing or level of hairdresser you are getting. Came in for a haircut and blowout for my vacation coming up. I called in to book an appointment and was placed with Angie and I am so happy!! Angie was super welcoming and gave me a tour of the salon. Before we did anything we had a mini consultation and then we went to the shampoo stations. It's in a quiet part of the salon with blue light and relaxing music. You get a scalp massage followed by a hotel towel treatment and a hand treatment, I was almost asleep at the end of how relaxing it was. During the haircut Angie kept asking if the length was good and if I wanted to cut more off. I'm so happy with the result and can't wait to see Angie again!! read more

I've been there before, usually with a different stylist since the staff keeps changing. The last 2 times my stylist was Christine. She is a very nice and sweet person. However I was very disappointed with my last service. I showed her a video of the style I wanted, she studied the video constantly before and during my cut. It was a pixie style. The end result was NOT what I wanted. She used the clippers for the undercut part of the style, she didn't look very confident with it and she used the clippers only on one side of my head! On the right side she decided not to use and used the scissors. My haircut is uneven and way too short. Also I didn't get a shampoo or the massage but was charged for it anyway. read more

Horrible experience. I got to the salon for my appointment and 5 minutes in the colorist said she can't do the color today because she doesn't have permanent developer. It's entirely understandable that businesses run out of a product, but why didn't they notice that earlier and call me to change my appointment. So not only did I leave work early and won't get paid for those hours, I didn't even get the color and haircut I had booked. And all they had to say was "sorry for the inconvenience." How about offer your customer a discount for their time and patience and rebook?! Highly recommend finding somewhere else to go. This place is not run well. read more

I don't understand this level system they have there. I usually go to a level "2" (I won't use names) and have been very very happy with him!! I booked a shampoo and blow out for an event I'm attending tomorrow with my regular guy whose cut & blow outs have been phenomenal!! But I got a call to say he was out sick but they can put me in for the same time with a "level 5" but it would cost a bit more, I said fine and thought we'll if I am happy with my regular guy whose a level 2 I should be wowed by the service of a "level 5"! .... NOT!! She didn't rinse all the conditioner out of my hair and didn't seem very comfortable with washing much less the blow dryer!! She used cold/Med heat on the dryer and seemed uncomfortable drying my hair ( kept taking arm breaks and wasn't pulling the hair out all the way to get the curl out , never even did the dryer touch the root of my hair! ) the sides were still wet and when I brought it up she said she thinks it's conditioner and brought out a spray bottle to rinse it!! ( didn't get it all out btw) . I left there thinking I was going to have to go home to re blow it so all the curl or frizz was gone and still felt my scalp itchy and heavy with conditioner. My blow out with my regular guy usually lasts 3-4 days but I'll be lucky if I don't have to rewash my hair before my event tomorrow due to the heaviness and itching from the conditioner. So, I spent more money for a "level5) and got a level 1 result..... My "level 2 " guy should get a raise and a much higher level in my opinion. I hope he's feeling better very soon because I won't be going to anyone else there no matter which "level "they are. I even had to look up online when I got home to confirm that I indeed had a "level 5" and that they didn't do a bait and switch on me the last minute but she is indeed a "level5" OY! read more

I was offered wine, water or tea and was given a massage while having my hair conditioned! I don't know where to start with what happened to me at this salon. I went because it's located very close to me, and I got an email for a free cut and style. I had Oscar as my hair massacre. He asked me what I wanted, and I said "I just want a trim, one inch off the split ends. And I want to keep my long layers. Again, I hate getting my hair cut, I love it long. Please only the split ends". Ive always been anxious when it comes to getting my hair cut. He told me that he understood. HE CUT ALL MY HAIR OFF. My hair was down to the middle of my back. He cut it to my shoulders. He kept cutting and cutting. I told him it was too short, to stop cutting. He wouldn't stop. He told me he needed to continue to achieve the look he wanted. The look he wanted!!!!! He cut my hair short to my shoulders. I left there in shock. He kept asking me if I liked it, smiling. I was so anxious I ran out of there. He ruined my life. My long hair was always my identity. My worse nightmare happened. He cut all my hair off with a smile. I've been crying for the past 2 days. I haven't let any friends or family besides my husband see me. I'm disgusted and in pure awe that a place and hair Murderer exist. Great service with Monica! She was very attentive to me and made sure that SHE understood what I wanted, unlike other stylists that have their own vision as opposed to what the client wants. I was looking to get a very natural blonde balayage and she delivered excellence! The 15 minute shampoo was also great and very relaxing. As far as the hand massage that other people have commented on, it's not weird. Rather, what Pyure salon is doing is giving you an experience, not just a hair change. Reading this new review from Melissa, now I remember the name of the guy that cut my hair: OSCAR!. The worst hair "stylist" ever!!!. I'm wasting my time again writing a review because really piss me off knowing that the owners of this salon didn't fire yet this OSCAR! he hurt my scalp using three different razors for forty minutes, he turn me and twist me all the time on the chair and make me face the parking lot instead of allow me to see the mirror. He told me that the mirror was for him and not for the customers. Really??? my wife told him many times to stop using the razors and allow me to check what he was doing but he never listens to her, actually dismissing her badly. He really had no idea of what he was doing!!! I had to stop him!! So i call the owner and ask him to finish the haircut. A very bad experience from the start to the end! We paid anyway and we left! But now that Melissa had such a bad experience like me, I feel like I have to make sure nobody else will go in this salon at least until OSCAR will find an other place to make a mess!!! read more
