Wether you're here just on vacation or a local resident. This gym is the perfect option. Pricing…read morefor membership and access (keyfob) is extremely reasonable. He has membership durations to fit just about any need. With the membership, you get 24/7 access. No front desk person to deal with, simply swipe your fob to gain access, and get after it. Setting up membership and gaining access is super easy. The owner is extremely responsive, and provides all the necessary forms to fill out via text. All payments made via Venmo. He gives access for the first visit, GO TO DOOR M. Not L. He'll open the door for you and guide you through where things are. The equipment selection is excellent. He has a large selection of free weights, and machines to address every single muscle group. There is also treadmills, elliptical machines, stair stepper machine, and a variety of fitness balls and other loose equipment for that unique workout. There is a water cooler and disposable cups on site. Along with a fridge stocked with Gatorade, waters, and protein shakes. You just grab what you need and Venmo payment over. There is plenty, I mean PLENTY of sanitizing spray bottles and paper towels littered around the gym, to help keep the equipment clean and sanitized. With that being said. Here's the deal. This gym is not manned 24/7. This is an adults gym. No kids are allowed. You're expected to put things back the way you found them. That means, reracking weights, wiping down the equipment. Basically, clean up after yourself. I can't recommend this gym enough. It's my go to when I'm here visiting. Check it out. You won't be disappointed.

Have been going here for over a year at this point and can confidently say it's the nicest gym in…read moreour area The overall facilities appear to be maintained decently enough, considering the amount of people that come here. Some days are better than others, of course but for the most part, the locker rooms remain clean and are frequently replenished with towels. The gym floor itself is well equipped with plenty of high-end techno gym equipment. Lots of squat, racks, treadmills, and two separate dumbbell areas. Not the biggest, but definitely a good place to get any kind of workout completed. There are many classes available, including on the gym floor and the studio spaces. I have yet to take full advantage of this, but the few classes that I have participated in, have been well done. The quality, of course, heavily depends on the trainer, but so far I have had no complaints. They have Pickleball set up as well with I believe 3 quarts though I have never used them myself. Personally, I would love if they had even a portable basketball hoop in one corner that could be used from time to time as I'm not the biggest Pickleball player. But I understand, that is very much a personal preference. There is also a rooftop with a pool where on occasion they have events. Nice enough escape in the middle of the city, but it is on the smaller side. Many of the employees they are also wonderful. Rudo comes to mind; he is always friendly and helpful. Overall, it is pricey, but if you take full advantage, it can be a wonderful addition to your daily routine. If you can swing the payments, then I would definitely recommend it.

I received email confirmation of my cancellation. I also received a very rude voice mail telling me they received my cancellation. Now, a month later, $117.68 was debited from my bank account. When I get on their app, it still says I am an active member & will be charged again next month. Believe what you read about this gym. They will continue to remove money from your bank account. Best exercise is to run from this place. Zero stars.

TOTAL RIP-OFF…read more Canceling membership is nearly impossible. moved out of the area in summer of 2025 and attempted to cancel online but unable to. I then called and was told my call constituted 30-day cancellation of my membership yet they continued to bill me. When I came back to PBG for a visit and went into the gym to cancel and dispute 11-months of erroneous charges the manager said I had to email her to schedule a time to come in to cancel and discuss incorrect charges. I sent her email and never received a response. There are lots of better gyms in the area. This gym is also ridiculously loud, dirty, filthy bathrooms and overcrowded with kids and teenagers, massage chairs always broken, equipment malfunctions or broken, making it tough to get a decent workout. Overall very frustrating experience. READ THE BAD REVIEWS AS THEYRE CONFIRMING OF MY REVIEW and good reviews are probably bots.

Where do I even begin…read more.. This gym has now pulled the same stunt TWICE. Last year, they abruptly stopped accepting Active & Fit memberships with no real warning, forcing members to scramble and switch. I switched to Husk. Yesterday, I was informed they no longer accept Husk either. Just like that. Money already paid for the month, and I'm locked out of a gym I'm actively paying for. When I called to sort it out, I was told a manager would call me back so I could at least use the facility for the period I already paid. Instead, the person I spoke with on the phone laughed at me and hung up. Mind you, the manager never called me. The customer service is just the cherry on top of a very broken sundae. A sink in the facility has been propped up with a literal plank of wood for nearly a YEAR. Not repaired -- propped up with wood. The stretch room has barre handles affixed so loosely to the wall that they could snap off mid-use and seriously injure someone. Multiple pieces of equipment have loose bolts and missing washers. This is a liability waiting to happen. Paper towels and soap are routinely out -- in a gym, of all places. This place charges over $60 a month. For what, exactly? Broken fixtures, unsafe equipment, and staff that laughs at you when you have a legitimate concern? This location has been through 3+ ownership changes, and it's no surprise. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere that actually maintains its facility and respects its members. This is not it.

When I attempted to do so, they tried to charge me for an extra month, even though it was the exact date of my billing cycle cutoff, and they had just charged me for the current month. They wouldn't let me cancel it over the phone; even when the FTC's rule states that the customer can CANCEL OVER THE PHONE OR ONLINE AT ANYTIME; they forced me to go in person. Once I was there, they refused to let me speak with a manager, claiming there were no managers on duty. They wouldn't even give me an email to contact the manager. I asked for the manager's phone number, then they gave me the number for the front desk instead. When I called it, the coworker standing right next to the person who gave me the number, picked up pretending to be the manager. But their little scheme backfired, because I was standing right there in front of them, phone in hand, watching them try to make a fool out of me. I walked out and immediately left a review detailing my experience. Since then, they've started harassing me over the phone, calling 4 to 6 times a day, seven days a week. Since I blocked their number, they've now hired a debt collection agency to collect what *they* claim I owe them. A debt collection agency to collect $200! What is this?! A cult?! Did I defy the "Gym God" and now I must pay the price for my insolence?!
