The stump is still there, the fence has NOT been put back up and the cloths line is still hanging. As far as I'm concerned, if you have Trenton do your tree, make sure you have everything done before they leave, cuz you will never see them again. Will not recommend.

Did a useful walk around where we pointed out what concerned us and they pointed out things for us to consider. Very happy with the job they did & very fair prices--- taking off some very large branches back to the right place and trimming out some dead branches; also pointed out to us that an old redbud with some dead parts was really dying--and took it out entirely. They did such a good job of stump grinding that the nursery that brought us a new tree had no trouble placing the new one very close to where the old one used to be. Frankly Coughlin did a better job cutting back to the "branch collar" than our neighbor's service (the sign is branches that die back from where they were cut and leaves those big open knotholes in the trunk).

This company claimed to be bonded & insured when they arrived to give an estimate for tree removal…read morelast week. When I called today to book the job, I informed them again that I needed a bond letter and insurance cert. I was told that they are no longer bonded because their policy had lapsed. I asked for the insurance certificate. I was told I would receive an email with docs attached. I waited half a day to receive it, but no email came. When I called them this afternoon to follow up, I was told that indeed they DID NOT have insurance because policy lapsed for non-payment. Not honest people! My advice is to avoid this company! If you DO hire, it's at your own peril.
