And I do believe it's the best gym around. During open gym hours - gym is closed 60-70% of the time which is incredibly frustrating since some people want to put in that extra work to really get better; plus paying them $180/month so I try to maximize my use of the gym itself. Not sure if it's a staffing issue but I probably have been turned away 50+ times thus far, quite frankly, it sucks. Can't have open gym hours if you're not open. We've all seen countless numbers of CrossFit fails on Instagram or Facebook and that can be misleading. You know, the quirky pull-ups, the rounded back deadlifts and failed snatches. The list goes on and on. But after being persuade to try the one week free trial I quickly fell in love with the programming and I have been attending the morning class consistently every since. There are three stages in the class. Each day you'll start off with a warm-up, technique and then the actual workout or WOD. Sometimes the warm-up feels like the actual workout but hey you're getting more bang for your buck. I think of the technique portion as the anti gym fail portion. This is the opportunity to go over the movements and coordination with your coach. Each member will get checked on to make sure the appropriate weight is being used and they'll make sure you execute each rep correctly. In my opinion, it's a huge preventative for injuries. The variety of workouts is awesome. Each day is something different. One day you could be doing a lot more compound movements, the next might be calisthenics and then the following day might be more cardio intensive. If you're worried about your fitness level, there are scale options. I'll be the first one to admit that I can barely do any pull-ups and I can't even do any double unders. But there is a scale option, time for improvement and a killer workout. All the members are friendly and encouraging. Everybody is on a different fitness level and there are no intimidation factors at all. All the coaches are friendly and attentive. I suggest trying out their free trial and see how you'll like it. At the end you'll get a hell of a workout. What do you have to lose?

Upon reading the reviews and communicating with the staff we scheduled a trial workout. We went in, were greeted by the staff, shown the facility, and began our workout. The facility was crowded but very clean (there are multiple things happening in the evening classes-girls volleyball etc.). The workout kicked our butts since we have not done Crossfit in over a year and a half to two years. Regardless, it was a great work out! Everyone in the class was super sweet and the coach was really motivating. He knew that we were just coming back to Crossfit and did not push to the extreme, rather encouraged us and believed in us. Although we ended up not signing up for the gym, mainly because of the time it would take us to get to the gym every evening or morning, we loved the environment and atmosphere. If we lived just a tad bit closer, we would have definitely signed up. It is a great, drama-free, accepting, and welcoming environment to all. If you are looking for a box, look no further!

I had such great success with the program that I wanted to return and continue to build on the initial success I had achieved. I wasn't sure how an online program would compare to the in-person experience I had the first time. I was worried that wouldn't get the same amount of individualized attention. However, my personal coaches, Tom and Nicole, quickly put my fears to rest. My first day I had an in-depth conversation with my new Coaches. I was given my initial individualized meal plans, access to the Facebook groups, and other amazing online tools I would be utilizing during the program. The personal guidance provided by Tom and Nicole really helped me through my struggles with accountability and motivation! The check-ins keep me motivated to keep going and Stay On Track. And the special Facebook groups gives me access to other Lifelighters going through the program for peer support. The online program has allowed me to workout and maintain my diet on my schedule and on my terms. This means that I have been able to fit in online workouts when I Never would have made it to the gym, making working out Easier! The meal plans have been incredibly easy to follow and very realistic and user-friendly. Hunger isn't a problem. Little by little I have begun replacing small bad habits with healthier, more productive habits. As time goes by it becomes easier to maintain these healthy and productive changes. With the help and guidance of my amazing coaches I have lost pounds, body fat, some bad habits and plenty of negative thought patterns. I've gained a more positive self image, a healthier life style and a stronger mind and body - all while having some fun being a part of the Lifelight Fitness Family. This isn't going to be some short-term success either. The Lifelight Fitness program has made my Lifestyle a healthier one. I will benefit from my healthier lifestyle long after the program is over. If you're thinking about doing this online program - Do It! You have nothing to lose except excess weight.

Have a 60 min consult with Peter where he got to know what I was looking for a fitness goal, preferences and then we did some movements to see what my range was. Let me tell you! That 60 min with light movement got me sweating! Let me tell you I work over regularly 6-7 days a week doing orange theory but was at a plateau. So I thought if I can get a sweat in a light 60 min what would a full training session be. I started in May 2024 with Peter being my personal trainer having 2 sessions a week. From then I could tell my was leaner from May 2024 to Oct 2024. So happy I joined and continue my training session, where Peter pushes me to whether it's more reps, heavier weights or new exercises. As I tell Peter my training sessions are my therapy and I know each time I go I get the best workout. Note it's not cardio like running. Sometimes it just your body weight and correct form with different angles. You get what you put in. Try and you won't regret it. I know I don't.

Let me preface this by saying this review is based on my experience only…read more This business did something really shady in my opinion, randomly charged my card for $1,890 after I completed my "contract term," and didn't even have the audacity to reply to my email with an explanation or apology or anything. Thankfully my credit card company offered protection against fraudulent charges and I changed my card number since this place kept my credit card info on file. I wanted to support an Asian American owned business, which is what led me to FC50. I was a bit surprised they did no written contract, everything was oral, and they took my credit card info in their phone and saved it. I agreed to a 3 month term and paid for the first month up front on or around Sep. 10th ($720) for September's sessions. The training sessions itself confused me a bit. I thought with personal training, your personal trainer is supposed to tell you what to do and keep track of your progress. My personal trainer often asked me what did we do last time? Or what do I want to work on today. That made the personal training session 'less personal' in my opinion. He did teach me proper form on various exercises, so that was a positive that I took from my experience with this business. They charged my card for October sessions ($630) on or around Sep. 27th (I thought he had told me my billing cycles would be around the beginning of the month - but whatever). I had to travel overseas in November so we skipped that month. They did charge my card on around Nov. 19th for December's training sessions ($630) but did refund $180 after I asked for a refund because the amount of sessions I was doing in Dec did not add up to $630 (albeit it took them approximately 3 weeks to send the refund). At this point, I didn't enjoy my personal training at this place anymore, so I just skipped all my December sessions but still paid for all of them. I decided after I finished the 3 month term, I did not want to renew here and left it at that. Then suddenly on or around Jan. 28th, I received a credit charge alert that this business charged my credit card on file for $1,890. Why would they do that when I've never even paid that much for monthly sessions? I emailed them, no response. So I handled the fraudulent charge through my credit card company. To this day, still no idea why they did that, and no explanation or apology from them either. 0 Stars.

The water filter machine has had an unpleasant taste for about a year now and hasn't improved. I'm not usually picky, but it tastes like metal and I would rather go thirsty than drink it. Recently, I rearranged a busy workday to attend a cycling class I had reserved and arrived on time. When I got there, there were still a couple of open bikes, yet I was told the class was full, which was frustrating. The instructor said I could wait and take a spot if others did not show, but I was not given a clear explanation as to why others were given priority over my reservation. Additionally, I've noticed some areas of the floor aren't as clean as they used to be. Overall, it's still a solid gym, but addressing these issues would make a big difference.

We were shown around by a very nice staff member. The facility has lots of equipment and is clean. There are no showers or spa facilities. I returned on my own for a welcome. One of the trainers spent a half an hour with me explaining how to use the equipment. I felt his explanations were very good. The facility was not too crowded so he was able to give me a demonstration on most of the weight machines. Because I get this with my insurance, I chose to sign up. Although they have classes, there is an additional fee for them. In the past, I have had a membership at 24 hour fitness. Overall, I think 24 hour fitness provides greater opportunities. However, fitness 19 wins for proximity.
