Rudy was the instructor. He was professional and thorough in walking through each step. He made sure everyone's questions were answered before moving on. If you contact One Beat you can request for him to either come to your office, house training or go to their Miramar location. One Beat provides a small medical emergency reference book, snacks and a compact barrier bag for use during an emergency situation where you need to provide CPR. The price went up. I believe it was $65, however I then used a 10% off promo code. There is plenty of parking, the faculty appears clean, there is an elevator to go to the second floor which is where the classroom is. The building is not far from I-75 which makes it easy to get to. Enjoy!

She really made it enjoyable and fun! I've been to a few CPR certification classes in the past and they were very mundane and showed videos from the 80s. Michelle used videos and examples that were current and up to date. She was very warm and welcoming to any questions, and never made me feel intimidated. I cannot imagine her pain nor could I imagine going through this myself. I have thought for years that I needed to learn CPR, not just because it's the responsible adult thing to do but also for the sake of my loved ones. So, for my boyfriend's birthday this year I decided to get the two of us certified in CPR, AED and First Aid. We took the class this past weekend. I know it doesn't exactly sound like the "fun" thing to do for someone's birthday but our instructor Kurt made the class not only worthwhile but very amusing. "People will remember so much more of what they are learning if they are enjoying themselves." That is a direct quote from Kurt, our instructor. The process was smooth to sign up. Shawn, the owner answered my emails promptly and courteously. The fee for the class was in the same price range as the other classes I looked up. I chose to go with CPR Florida because they offered weekend classes and the class location was 7 minutes from our house. I would encourage everyone to educate themselves with the simple lifesaving skills of CPR. I would also recommend taking your classes with the very funny but informative Kurt. CPR Florida gets 5 thumbs up from me and my boyfriend. We even received our American Heart Association certification ecards the very same day and they had free snacks and drinks too. Amazing.
