We hired Dayvid for both photography and photobooth services for my sister's 19th birthday on September 2, 2023. While the photobooth arrived on time, Dayvid himself was about 3 hours late because he forgot his camera batteries -- a basic necessity for any photographer. As a result, he missed 75% of the event, including the most important moments, leaving us with barely any professional photos from the party. To make matters worse, when he finally arrived, multiple guests mentioned how rude he was. While I understand the stress of forgetting equipment and dealing with traffic, that frustration should never be taken out on clients or their guests. We did receive a discount -- after negotiating -- which felt like the bare minimum given the circumstances. Overall, this was an unprofessional experience, and I can't recommend his services. I hope this feedback encourages him to handle future events with more care and preparation.
