We have tried several in the area before and decided to try Earle's this time because we weren't crazy about the quality of the arrangements she received previously from the other shops. Yesterday my mother-in-law posted her birthday flowers on FB and we were pleasantly surprised by the results. The arrangement she received closely resembled the one online. They looked absolutely beautiful and the note read just as we had written in the memo. (Please be fully aware flower shops will never be able to duplicate photos exactly due to what flowers are in season and what they have in stock but they will at least try to replicate it as closely as they can.) I attached photos from the online website of what I ordered and the actual bouquet received. One unfortunate hiccup, we ordered a birthday balloon that never made it with the order. I still gave this place 5 stars because I wrote Earle's listed email address to request a refund on the balloon and Hilary responded within an hour with an apology and promise to refund my card. Approximately 30 minutes after that I received another email which was a receipt showing the refund. The customer service was expeditious, polite and kind. I appreciate that in a company. I will definitely be using their services again.
