My husband surprised me with a gorgeous bouquet of flowers for my birthday. He said the service was on top of it and they assured him I would love the look and that the flowers would last. This bouquet stayed alive and vibrant on our counter for over THREE WEEKS! The hubby doesn't splurge too often, but I think we'll end up getting the Frequent Flower card and continue to beautify our kitchen every few months! read more

Palmer Flowers - Stunning! - Florists Near Me - Fort Collins, Colorado

Flowers that were delivered to me were old, brown tipped and wilting on arrival. It looked like they were a couple weeks old at least, so ugly. My husband tried to get a refund or new delivery right away and only a small discount was offered. Extremely disappointed; it makes me so sad when I look at the flowers on my counter but I can't bring myself to throw them away and make it a total waste! read more

Palmer Flowers - Bouquet of roses and cala lilies (had to throw some Cala lilies away bc they were all brown and mushy):( none were all white. - Florists Near Me - Fort Collins, Colorado

worst experience. flowers were completely not what I wanted for our wedding (I have email confirmation back and forth stating exactly what should be included in bouquets). Over $2,000 for roses that are already wiltering ON THE DAY OF THE WEDDING and not what I wanted. Told me they could incorporate tulips in my bouquet. Called me AFTER i made my final payment to say they will be fake. Take your money elsewhere. read more

Blown away at the quality and timeliness of these floral shop. My sister had a emergency C-Section and I wanted to get flowers to her quick while being out of state. This place took my order later in the day and had the flowers to her hospital room by 5pm. The nurses could not stop complimenting the 'Mediterranean arrangement' I got, they could smell the flowers through their mask! This shop gave me so much peace start to finish. read more

I was extremely pleased with customer service and the product I ordered from Palmer Flowers. The person who answered the phone was personable and professional. The floral arrangement was spectacular. It was a great comfort to call from out of state at a difficult time and know that Palmer Flowers would provide a comforting array. I will order from Palmer Flowers again. read more

My partner got me "just because" flowers because peonies were in season and they're one of my favorites. She had Holly arrange them in store with only a price limit of $60 and no other requirements, except peonies. It was easily one of the most beautiful arrangements I've received from her. (She gets me flowers very often so that's saying a lot) Holly did say that they were the last few peonies they had and if they didn't open to let her know because they had been in the cooler quite some time. She said if they didn't open they'd be sure to replace them. 1 of the 6 opened, and I kept them in fresh water daily and was very attentive to them. Everything else in the arrangement died and they still hadn't opened. We went back to get replacement flowers after emailing (Nicole) with customer service. There was little to no communication that we were coming in to have them replaced. They were (somewhat) accommodating with the replacement, but had to come back the following day to pick them up. We said we would be back to pick them up. The flower delivery was said to be at 2:30pm, and the ticket on the flowers said 3pm. We arrived at around 445/5 to pick up the bouquet. The ladies at the front were (somewhat) informed. They took approx 10 mins to wrap the flowers individually... (see below). She didn't pay for a bunch of individually wrapped flowers...it was for a bouquet, a flower ARRANGEMENT. I understand this maybe petty for some people, but when someone pays $60 for a bouquet that has dead flowers. Return x2 to get the replacement then then they're just wrapped individually... why wouldn't I just go to the grocery and pick up individual flowers, for 1/2 the cost? They're beautiful flowers, yes... but customer service is what brings back customers. Needless to say that's my first and last visit here. Wish it would've been a different experience. read more

Very pleased with the ease of ordering exactly what I wanted to send to my sister in another state. I wanted them delivered the next day when I heard some hard news and they came in great time. The Loveland store is wonderful. I made a special trip to the Ft. Collins store. I was unable to get anyone to assist me. The gal at the counter called twice to ask for assistance. After 20 minutes, I had run out of time and just left. I love this store and will not be visiting the Ft. Collins location. read more

I love this store and it's usually a pleasure to go in, with very sweet employees, but today I was treated with extreme disrespect. The lady working the register was downright rude and pushy and did not care at all about how she was treating us. She was snappy and clearly did not want us to continue to be in the store. I have never experienced such lack of respect from an employee before. read more

Ordered from out of state so wasn't familiar with this florist. The guy who took my order was very friendly and followed what I requested perfectly. My mother in law loved the arrangement and mentioned that she likes that florist. She said she always wants to buy everything in the store when she goes. I knew then I made a good choice!! read more

Palmer Flowers - $80 vs $105 (same day delivery) - Florists Near Me - Fort Collins, Colorado

Ordered online 1 hour before they opened, called around 11:30 to get an estimated delivery time which the lady told me would be between 1 and 3 pm ( i didnt even have to give her order info, she knew right away). Its 430 now no delivery and they are closed so no one answers. I got no notification of "high volume" or any type of other communication what so ever saying it would be late, delayed to another day or anything. I will update if their delivered today, but being their closed... not likely. 100 dollar waste... will be requesting a full refund and will never use palmer again. Garbage! read more

Palmer supplied wonderful flowers for my mother's Celebration of Life. We had a large spray of seasonal blooms in front of the podium -- sunflowers and lilies with purples and blues as well -- and many people commented on how perfect they were. They arrived precisely on time the morning of. Just the kind of creativity and service we've come to rely on Palmer for. read more

Palmer Flowers was the florist for my wedding on 10/07. They messed up to the point I was convinced that they had sent me the wrong bride's order. They sent two techs to set up who just played on their phones and moved incredibly slowly according to my wedding coordinator. I started calling them at 1pm to have them come and correct the order for my 4pm ceremony, but I was ignored and sent to voicemail multiple times. I emailed and called several times desperate for them to come and fix their mistakes, but they would not come and the people on the phone essentially told me I was out of luck. They forgot the very sentimental fabric I had for my bouquet wrap, and when it came they had cut it into ribbons. The arch was not nearly what I paid for and ordered, and you could still see all the fastenings. It looked terrible. The bridesmaids bouquets were about the size of my junior bridesmaids' fist, and were supposed to be greenery and dried wheat, but were not. Overall incredibly disorganized, very dishonest, and super disappointed with my experience. My sister used the teeny tiny bridesmaids bouquets, pieces from my centerpiece, and garden items to fix my bouquet in a pinch but it was still not what I ordered. The owner gave me a PARTIAL refund...but I will never get a stress free wedding day back, nor will I ever have the vision I had for my wedding come true. Watch out. read more

Palmer Flowers - Anniversary - Small Tall & Classic - Florists Near Me - Fort Collins, Colorado

The actual arrangement I ordered was gorgeous! However, I specifically ordered daisies for my cousins and there was not one single traditional Daisy included. When I called, they offered to pick up the arrangement and replace it. At this point, my cousins would only have a day to enjoy the flowers as they were going out of town. I guess I was expecting them to throw me a bone and offer a discount on the order that was placed incorrectly. Well, the owner contacted me and actually sent some daisies to my cousin. I am changing my two star rating to a five star. Like I said before, customer service is everything! read more

What an awesome experience. I live out of state, and called around 9am to inquire about having flowers delivered to a friend for her birthday there in town today. I was told that this was not a problem at all, and she proceeded to take down my information. I had seen and arrangement online, and told her the name. She immediately said that she could re-create something like that and deliver it by 3 today. Well, at 1pm my friend told me that she had just received the flowers and she loved them. I chose Palmer Flowers because of their good reviews, the fact that they were in the same town where I needed mine delivered, and the fact that my daughter (she is in Fort Collins) said that she sees Palmer Flowers vans all over town. She told me this when I mentioned sending flowers to my friend. So the fact that she recognizes that Palmer Flowers is the one she sees, that must mean that they are good. And they are! Thank you Palmer Flowers! read more

My mom wanted one of those arrangements that looks like a dog. It was Mother's Day and I wanted to get it for her. I love Palmers but had only seen their amazing arrangements and didn't think they would do something like a dog arrangement. I love Palmers for creating something so wonderful for my Mom. THANK YOU! read more

Palmer Flowers - Happy Trails Flower Arrangement - Florists Near Me - Fort Collins, Colorado

Excellent customer service! Tyler went far beyond our expectations, when we needed to send a Mother's Day bouquet from California to Fort Collins, to my daughter and son-in-law, to honor the memory of his late mother. Tyler selected a beautiful Orchid, then followed up with phone calls and even a photo! All this despite the fact that he was largely working alone under staff reduction, preparing for an extremely busy Mother's Day, and navigating the many impacts of the Coronavirus quarantine on customers as well as on Palmer's itself. Absolutely top tier, we will gladly order from Palmer's again as our out-of-town florist. Thank you, Tyler! read more

Second year in a row my husband has ordered a large flower arrangement for me for Valentine's day. They did fix the problem last year with a new arrangement. They looked pretty when they arrived but were soaking wet like they had been in a rain storm. I didn't think to much about it until the next day. The Lilies that had been opening were shriveled up and dead. Only one of the Lilies successfully opened. The arrangement did not even last a week. Very disappointed as this arrangement cost my husband over $130. I will encourage my husband to order elsewhere in the future. This is disappointing as we have used Palmer's for years but not the quality we are use to in the last few years. I should not have to call about the quality of the flowers every year Palmer Flowers did reach out to us after seeing the review. They replaced the flowers that died. The new arrangement arrived today and is beautiful! read more

Did you know that Palmers has a monthly flower subscription? Our mom turned 80 this year and since we couldn't do a big trip or party, we thought a monthly flower delivery might at least keep her in good spirits. She loves the beautiful arrangements that arrive like clockwork. We love keeping her smiling and brightening up her days. And supporting a local business. I called Ava Flowers to get a flower bouquet delivered to a friend that had just had her baby. I called the order in at 10 am and was told that it would be delivered by 1 pm that same day. After having to call back to fix the order several times, Ava Flowers sent me an email at 4 o'clock letting me know that there was a problem with my order and they wouldn't be able to deliver it for two days! You can only imagine my frustration. That all turned around when I then called Palmer Flowers in Loveland and Jill answered the phone. I was delighted to learn that she was able to get a bouquet put together and delivered on a Saturday evening! She made my whole day and helped turn a bad situation into a great one. I owe you guys big time, thank you for your phenomenal customer service. I will now be a Palmer Flowers customer for life! Thanks again Jill, you are amazing and such a lifesaver! read more

Palmer flowers is our go to for fresh flowers, delivered locally, no matter what time of the year. Palmer Flowers - Day 4 of a $126 bouquet...I let my wife down. - Florists Near Me - Fort Collins, Colorado

Until last Friday, the extent of my experience with Palmer Flowers was just with my work. Whenever we ordered flowers for clients or employees, we used Palmer. Numerous times clients have told us how beautiful the flowers from there were. So last Friday I was going to the Brown Palace in Denver with my sister and mom for their afternoon tea. Since we were celebrating a late Mother's Day, I wanted to get my mom a corsage to wear. Since that week was also finals, I didn't plan ahead very well and hadn't ordered a corsage ahead of time; I figured I would just try to find a pre-made one around town. I called Palmer's first ,since I was familiar with them from work, to see if they had any pre-made. Even though they didn't, the lady on the phone let me know that they could custom make one in an hour, which was perfect! I didn't think I would find anyone that would make a corsage for me that morning! I let them know the colors of my mom's dress and let them know just to make it to match. When I picked up the corsage only two hours later the corsage was beautiful! I was so happy with it, especially since they put it together in such little time. It had unique blue and purple flowers, and the greenery around it was also nothing like I had ever seen in any of your other "typical prom" corsages. So a whole 5 stars for Palmer for make such beautiful boutiques and corsages and for going out of their way to make me a custom corsage for same day pick-up! I always appreciate a business that goes out of their way for their customers. read more

I cannot say enough good things about Palmer! Landynne was incredibly helpful in helping us solidify our floral design for our wedding. Called to follow up on why the flowers weren't delivered on 12/18 after my girlfriend had tried to follow up and got a bunch of attitude and what do you know when I called I immediately got attitude too. Then when I politely asked why they weren't dropped off and she rudely said it was snowing which is understandable but did not need the nasty snark of a comment. I didn't say anything to get such unprofessional tone and service from someone named Katherine, dont know if that is a fake name or not, but when I asked to be transfered to the manager she hung up on me. I have ordered from here several times over the years and have never had this bad of service. Very disappointed in how myself and my girlfriend were treated when we were just trying to follow up on the order given that we are several states away. read more

I recently bought a boutonniere from Palmer flowers. The photo online showed three roses. However, when I picked it up today the boutonniere only had one rose on it. I had go back and ask why the order wasn't the way I bought it. They told me that "we ran out and only have one flower to put on" then proceed to say "sorry". They didn't do anything to fix the problem, they didn't reimburse me, they didn't help me whatsoever. I spend $18 on ONE rose. Not to mention, I made this order a week ago. If they had just let me know that they couldn't complete my order, I could've went to any other flower store in my town. I know this is a small order, however I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received. read more

Great place to go to get wonderful flower bouquets for various occasions. They always have their store so festive when you go in to visit especially around the holidays.
