I reached out to Flower Tribe Co. to order a surprise bouquet for my mom's 60th birthday. I grew up in Fort Collins and have always used the same florist. However, I decided that I wanted something a bit more modern and chose to order from Flower Tribe. I was excited to order one of four types of arrangement and let the florist put together something unique and special. A slight hiccup- I ordered the bouquet about a month in advance and it was delivered on the wrong day. I needed it delivered on 2/19, but it was delivered on 1/19 instead. I reached out about the mistake and Jodi immediately offered to send a second bouquet- free of charge- on the correct day. Fast forward a month and the second bouquet arrives right on time. The team reached out to schedule delivery to make sure the flowers weren't left out in the cold. I expected a small bouquet (the one I originally ordered and received was a huge, deluxe bouquet) and to my surprise, the second free bouquet was just as large and beautiful as the first. True to form, it was also uniquely made, with an entirely different spread of flowers. Both bouquets were absolutely gorgeous, with the first one lasting almost an entire month. I was in tears of joy when I showed up on my wedding day in the morning to all of her flowers already set up across the venue, each table, and in a vase ready for the ceremony ! They were the most beautiful flowers I had ever seen- she took my vision and request and made it better than I could of dreamed of! She made the whole wedding and decor absolutely stunning! Even the first call with her - we clicked immediately, she was engaging, funny, energetic, personable and had this contagious joy! If you are like me and are so tired of the same old arrangements that all look like they came out of a FTD cookie cutter design book - you need to go see Jody at Flower Tribe. Jody is the owner and designer and sometimes delivery driver. A local small business owner sharing her art. I received this arrangement for my birthday and cried when I saw it. Here we are in the midst of a pandemic and Jody used her design skills to create this lovely arrangement. Look at the photos. There is no bad side. Jody designs in the round so all views are perfect and have something interesting and beautiful to catch the eye. These arrangements have shape and movement and perfect small touches to make them unique. Just look at the photos!!! My mother's 100th birthday was in November. Of the 30 plus arrangements she received from florists all over Northern Colorado - the arrangement she received from Flower Tribe is the one we still talk about and remember as the most beautiful because of the design and freshness of the flowers. Exceptional! Unique! Exquisite! If I could give my rating more than 5 stars I would gladly do just that! I'm in awe of how beautiful the floral arrangement was with a personal touch. It was so unique, special and customized for my daughter's birthday. I also ordered a box of bonbons and a Zodiac candle that were gift wrapped in a pretty gift bag along with a card. My daughter said the chocolates tasted like mini desserts and unbelievably good. Jodi was able to fulfill my order and deliver it on the same day I called. Wow! What a lovely arrangement Jodi created for my mother! I can't tell you how nice it was to deal with Jodi after having minimal success with other florists and disaster with FTD. Jodi's customer care was exemplary and her efforts to have a sustainable and environmentally conscious business plan are an added plus. I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday after receiving flowers from my husband a week before from Flower Tribe. The arrangement I received and the arrangement that my mother received were nigh and day in comparison! I was in absolute AWE over the flowers I received from my husband. The arrangement my mother received was heavy with green foulage and babys breath with some flowers of color. 2 purple flowers in the arrangement had half their pedals gone and the flowers were wilted. The sunflower that was in the arrangement was GREEN. I have never in all my years had a green sunflower in an arrangement. The beauty of a sunflower is its color!!! The arrangement looked thrown together with what she had available vs DESIGNED for $150. The fact that they sent the arrangement out with wilted flowers was the first red flag.... When I called to share my disappointment and spoke to Jodi she asked if I wanted them replaced and I agreed to have them replaced. Rather than creating a new arrangement, Jodi replace only 3 flowers and sent them back out. What a disappointment. Further, when talking with her about my disappointment, she had a hard time just listening to her customer and wanted to defend herself. I then sent her another text message asking her to either replace the entire arrangement or refund our money. I sent the message at 4:29 and without any communication a man showed up to collect the arrangement at 4:52. No communication at all from Jodi if they were being replaced or our $150 refunded. So I again texted her about the lack of communication on her part on if they were being replaced or refunded and asked at that time my 150 to be refunded. At 5:00 I recieved a text that read Your money has been refunded. Again another example of very poor customer service. Not a call or a text..... What a terrible experience not only with the arrangement but the owner/designer and her lack of communication and care for her customer. There are a lot of florist in Ft Collins that we have used before so I would suggest using another florist as this business does not seem to care about their customer. read more

My daughter surprised me with this beautiful arrangement for my birthday. I love how it is not the same old arrangement but full of color and natural design. Jodi (owner and designer) thoughtfully adds different variety of flowers that will open at different times so the arrangement has a longer life.
